I contacted Circle Plumbing for a quote on a leaking water heater. I was advised that a plumber could provide an estimate on the same day. The plumber arrived, inspected, found the problem and provided an estimate for the repair. The repair was completed within the hour of the estimate.

These guys are awesome. Very responsive, and great value. I had an emergency house line leak that needed review and these guys were able to come out despite short notice. We had new countertops installed but no water in our kitchen. Eric had done work at our house before and he was the first one we called. He came out quickly, installed our faucets, garbage disposal, changed out our old shut off valves and even offered to reconnect our gas stove. He is very personable as well, and we will definitely call him again if we need a plumber.

Eric was great!

From the initial phone call Eric was trying to answer my questions and diagnose the issue before showing up.

I was scheduled quickly and his housecall app sent me lots of notifications about the appointment and when he was en route to our location.

Once on site Eric gave me his professional opinion about a runoff drain (spoiler: he was correct) but I insisted on running a camera anyways.

We learned that the pipe was not suitable for sewage and Eric confirmed his own suspicions.

Throughout the visit Eric was cordial, friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire process. He answered all of my questions well and provided advice on how to solve my particular problem.

I'll definitely reach out in the future for additional plumbing needs.

Called Eric at noon to replace broken garbage disposal and check out a toilet issue...he was over by 3pm. He repaired so replacing garbage disposal was not necessary and augered the toilet in a mere 15 minutes. Voila, all worked like new. Eric is reliable, professional, friendly & efficient!
