He was sent to me via a request to Old Republic (my home insurance/warranty company). My water heater was making a helluva racket. He answered my call immediately after receiving the request from Old Republic and showed up promptly the next day. He diagnosed the water heater as having sediment in it and there was really nothing he could do because it was so old (2007). However he said sooner rather than later, the water heater will start to leak and once it does, he will replace it for me at a cost of $85!!!!!! (The balance paid by OldRepublic)

Furthermore on his visit he diagnosed low water pressure in my faucets. We made an appointment for 2 days later (today). Eric showed up, did whatever he did and now my faucets are like Niaga Falls!!! And the total cost to me for both visits: $85!!!!!!!!

This guy is a gem and a rare find in today's world when it takes a small miracle to even get a return call from a plumber.

We reached out to this company they came by inspected the location and made sure everything was properly done prior to installation.
