My husband and I recently experienced a minor slab leak in our home and immediately contacted our home warranty company. Eric from Circle City Plumbing and Drain came out promptly and was extremely knowledgeable as well as efficient in identifying the location of the leak. Since the leak was small, he was able to successfully reroute it in a few hours. Eric was even so kind to complete other needed plumbing repairs around the home (despite initially coming out for the slab leak). This plumber goes above and beyond (at a great price point) and simply knows his stuff! We highly recommend his services, as he takes pride in his work and exemplifies professionalism/integrity.

He was sent to me via a request to Old Republic (my home insurance/warranty company). My water heater was making a helluva racket. He answered my call immediately after receiving the request from Old Republic and showed up promptly the next day. He diagnosed the water heater as having sediment in it and there was really nothing he could do because it was so old (2007). However he said sooner rather than later, the water heater will start to leak and once it does, he will replace it for me at a cost of $85!!!!!! (The balance paid by OldRepublic)

Furthermore on his visit he diagnosed low water pressure in my faucets. We made an appointment for 2 days later (today). Eric showed up, did whatever he did and now my faucets are like Niaga Falls!!! And the total cost to me for both visits: $85!!!!!!!!

This guy is a gem and a rare find in today's world when it takes a small miracle to even get a return call from a plumber.

I had a situation in my home where the water heater had corroded and ruined the whole area around the placement. The first company flaked and did not return. We reached out to this company they came by inspected the location and made sure everything was properly done prior to installation. They did a great job installing my water heater and doing additional work to make sure everything would function properly. Attention to detail and great work.
