Eric was great! We had a horrible plumbing crisis at our home this past Sunday and actually had already asked another plumber to come over, but he was unable to fix our issue. Eric, the Owner, is a consummate professional. I messaged him on Sunday, and he scheduled me in the next day to replace 3 pressure balanced cartridges and 2 tub spouts.

He was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. He is detailed oriented and cleaned up the work area as well.

He also wore a mask and shoe coverings which showed he is focused on safety in the midst of the pandemic.
