We used this company 6 months ago and we're happy back then. Unfortunately for us we have another leak, this time in the ceiling in the kitchen. I booked an appointment online on Sunday morning to have them out Monday morning at 8:00. I called them at 8:35 to see when they would be out as the leak became worse. I was told that the website was not updated and the tech couldn't be out till next week due to a sickness. I understand that things happen but im waiting for someone to show up who won't be here for a week. I only found out because I called them. Poor service in a time of need
