Called with an emergency and got an actual person to answer - didn't have to leave a message and hope someone returned my call. Then, the owner's son came to my rescue within the hour! Unheard of these days. The cap on the sewage drain pipe had rotted off, so sewage was spilling out. The cap was replaced but several hours later while cleaning up, I noticed it had popped off again. Another call and Joshua came right back with a new cap. Pleasant, speedy service at a fair price. I'll be using them anytime I need plumbing services.

Guy, James, came out right away when I called to have two shut off valves installed under kitchen sink. He was done in half hour; did a good job.
His price, however, was a little over the top. I didn't ask how much before he came out, so I took a chance based on reviews. $175. for half hour and two valves was more than I expected. Next time I'll ask how much first. Also, he had me make out the check to him personally rather than the company.

We called for a badly needed kitchen faucet install and Mark was there the next morning. We found him to be completely knowledgeable and professional . He did such a good job we asked him back to tend to other plumbing issues .

My experience with Cipriano Plumbing has been the most frustrating I've had in years. I called Mark to fix a leaky pipe back in May. He said he would be there to look at it early afternoon that same day. He never got there, but I finally got a call from one of his guys, Jamie, late that day. He came by to check it out the next day and said he would be by first thing the next day to fix it. He finally got there by noon that next day. He was in and out for 4 days while I waited for him to show up each time, usually 2 hrs to 1 day late each time, but finally got it fixed. He was supposed to come back to finish up fixing the hole in the wall made to get to the pipe, but he has yet to get here and complete the job. There was about a 3 week delay in getting the materials for the tile wall, etc, but, hey, that was May, this is July and I have waited many times for him to show up as promised, only to be stood up each time. Meanwhile, he had to move the toilet to get to the wall, and apparently it was not properly tightened down after the fix, so that it rocks, rolls and even occasionally leaks a bit. Now it looks like I will have to get someone else to properly complete the job that Cipriano is unable or unwilling to do.

Update - after posting here Jamie finally came back and completed the job. Not a pleasant experience, but finally over.

Great guy and a terrific plumber. Seriously, how does one rate a plumber? Well, Mark was referred to me by a guy that he had done work for. So I called him.

Mark showed up when he said he would. Yes, I was impressed. Then he gave me a price for what I wanted done. It was more than reasonable. Impressed again. He said when he could start the job and how long he thought it would take. He started when he said he would and completed the job on time. His work is clean - solder joints are smooth, no waste, nothing on the floor. His work is well done and professional. He cleans up when the job is done. All of these things are impressive by themselves but taken together they add up to a solid 5-star rating.

The first job I had him do was commercial at a small office building. Adding a sink and some additional water lines. A year or two later I had him replace the hot water tank and the expansion tank. Last fall I had him replace the sillcocks at my house with the frost-free type.

I have been very satisfied with each and every job he has completed and that is why I am happy to recommend him to others.
