Horrible experience: had a leaking hose in faucet in kitchen, plumber came identified that need replace entire faucet. Ok, he offered buy at Home Depot , ok - I did not have a car to follow him as he proposed. Ok/ I trusted him and thought that he will buy appropriate item with reasonable price and show me receipt that I should reimburse. Never happened, he purchased the most expensive faucet with soap dispenser installation that I dint have a hole for it and this increased price for faucet, i have never seen receipts and in the final bill he identified totally different model and brand that he Installed. When I look at price he put price that model that has not installed he installed cheapest and bill me more. also, when he wanted to turn off valve to stop water for entire house / our valve located too high near by washing machine . He did not ask for ladder he suddenly just jump and sit on top of washing machine glass top that shocked me it could be broken / pipes smashed ? What a heck ? After I put a ladder.
When I called i specified at receptionist what's included in 120$ per hours she said everything?, but in practice they will bill you 60$ travel time.
When i tried to talk to manager about price and brand difference for installed faucet she attacked me was very rude with inappropriate behavior to the customer. for 30 min real job time cost me - $556 for 2.5 hours 300! plus expensive faucet 256 $ - just for a simple installation kitchen faucet. Reasonable, isn't? Hell no. You can see in attached photo the real Delta product that was installed and MOEN Brush NICK brand in my bill - do not match in real life. Again why I need a faucet with a soap dispenser? to where should I put this Soap dispenser which soaked my money? Right now, I have this cheapest faucet, no promised warranty for this job / because woman manager screamed to me that I have never ever called again and never ever used this company for the future. A first time in the USA, I have a deal with a such rude, dishonest and cheating management and company.
Your response to BBB request is more inappropriate than expected. I did not called you 10 times in 15 min - lie, and I have all recorded conversations with you where you attacked me and I just listened you and even could argue wiht you. I have proof of it and also can testify. I just want to know why invoice doesn't match with installed brand model and why plumber purchased the model with soap dispenser that cost more than simple faucet?
Also, If you will attack like this all your customer who wants be invoiced correctly) you destroy your bussiness by yourself, wihout any help.
This company was recommended to us an when they came initially they were an Hour an half late to complete the service. Then when they came to fix the leaking pipe they left the areas with the wholes open an not fixed.. (they do not fix the drywall) Upon them leaving they sent an invoice to me by email, I then received a text message pertaining to the invoice. This was the same day. The next day another invoice, a phone call with a message left about the invoice, a text message as well. I then sent a email stating the invoice would be paid by the end of the week when My husband received his check.. I left email because usually when you receive an invoice you pay it.. But to keep sending me emails, msg, text for an invoice is absurd. I try to pay the invoice they have no online payment option. So I had to wait until Monday to pay the invoice. Not to mention they wanted it paid so quick, I still had a leak. So I had to call them back for the service they ""Guaranteed"" They came back, told my husband there was no leak. Told him to put caulk down. Which didn't work they charged for that guess. It's still leaking. On top of that one of the owners being nasty as hell. I'm a customer an they behaved as if it was personal issue between us.. Made reference that We stole the service when we weren't told we had to pay right then an there. Horrible! Horrible customer service. We had to call another company to FIX the leak.. long story short! an they were paid upon finishing the service.
Jennifer L.absolutely fantastic , I called a hundred plumbers, I got horrific quote from people who didn't even know what certain plumbing terms mean. i thank God went with Cinch mechanical which is also in my little town and they not only came right away to repair a leak and a broken toilet but were extremely kind, professional, Denny was kind knowledgeable friendly . I'm so happy to support my neighbors and they saved me from exorbant costs did a thorough job which three other plumbers failed at for past two years. they fixed everything to perfection...no more leaks, working toilet, I'm so impressed. if I could give ten stars I would. local and totally awesome. I'm a customer for as long as I live in Maryland. forever customer now. totally reasonable fees excellent just can't rave enough. don't waste your time calling anyone else. affordable and efficient ? Because I have a slumlord I'll be calling Cinch always God bless you guys and girls at desk too
I was so nervous about going to a plumber, because I know little to NOTHING about it. I called around, but could not make a choice because , I was scared of being taken advantage of.....Well, I was telling this to my hair stylists and she said "" call Cinch mechanical, they have fixed all the salon plumbing for years"" . I set the appointment, they assured me I didnt need to replace my hotwater tank, and fixed my problem.....not to mention, they were on time, friendly, very trusting.....You will not be disappointed!

Would not recommend! Made an appointment to have our sump pump serviced . Waited 90 mins past appointment time , called and they had no record of us on the schedule. Said they would come out but was afraid to trust them coming .
Rates are very reasonable and fast/ friendly service. I know for a fact (I checked around) that they was the cheapest to do the job.
Annie L.I thought I had a couple thousand dollar leak in this investment property I bought, so I was calling around to get estimates from different companies. Some will charge $120 just to come out and give you an estimate. Cinch is $50 which is applied to your service. Their hourly rate is very good, they came and ran up and down the stairs checking for leaks, found a couple minor ones which they fixed on the spot. When I said I didn't believe him I was all good, he pulled up my water meter from the ground and showed me the reading wasn't changing. Who knew to do that! Very happy with their knowledge, service, and most of all, price!
I didn't actually receive services from Cinch but they are the only ones who answered and returned my calls promptly. After I expressed wanting to fix an issue with my water heater myself, Denny walked me through how I could do that and helped me figure out if it was feasible. It was and I did it. His willingness to help even though they would not be fixing anything for me was comforting. I would trust them with my business the next time I need help. Thank you!
