We've been working with the plumbers at Cilento for a number of years, so this review is way overdue. They recently put in a new water heater, for which we needed a permit. As part of this job, we also needed a chimney liner. We had to be in contact with the owner, John, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The job was done perfectly and neatly. The workers made sure to cover floor areas and cleaned up so well. They were respectful and easy to work with. We passed inspection thankfully. Great job done!

We have been using Cilento Plumbing for about 7 years for maintenance on our tankless boiler/heating system. They are always accommodating, prompt, polite and now during Covid, sensitive to protocols. Bruce has done our service and is wonderful. Recently Bruce was unable to make an appointment so the owner personally came to complete a repair when the necessary parts came in. THAT'S SERVICE you don't usually get! I have no reservations in giving an exceptional recommendation to Cilento Plumbing.

We hired John and his company to run gas into our newly purchased home in RVC as we wanted to upgrade to gas cooking and clothes drying. What a fabulous team of employees John has put together and it is obvious that great leadership and attention to customer courtesy and satisfaction come from the top. Rich installed the gas line into our home last week and was excellent and very efficient. Then, when we received our gas stove, the installer who we believe was named Bruce, again, was here when he said he would be and worked quickly to get the job done. We had a small issue with a stove connection and we thought we might have a short delay, but John ensured that the job was done by the end of the day. And finally, today, Favio was here to help install the gas line into our new clothes dryer just after it was delivered. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled efficiently, safely and with great customer service. We have utilized MANY companies over the many years we have owned homes in the area and we highly recommend John Cilento and his professional team! As someone wrote in an earlier review, it is real pleasure to do business with great, personable and trustworthy people. We are so pleased with the job they did!

Just wow. I met with the owner John for a late night quote on a Friday. We lost hot water and heating. Found him online and his website easy to navigate. Very straight forward guy. Explained what I wanted. We discussed different scenarios. Very knowledgeable and we hired him on the spot. 4 days later he sent what seemed to be a small army of workers. They gutted my old system and installed a HE boiler and water tank and house water filter. And got it done in one day. He stayed over an hour after his crew completed the install, wiping down everything including valves and triple checking their work. That was impressive. Attention to detail was exceptional. I know it sounds like a lovefest, but he exceeded my expectations. His crew was professional and attentive to Covid restrictions. I cannot say enough about John and his company. I know that he has a lot of commercial accounts but at no point did I ever feel like I wasn't too small of a job for him to work on. Thank you tremendously to Cilento Pipeline for the amazing job.

I called them twice this year. Once for a leaking pipe that another company told me would cost $7,000 for their misdiagnosis of the problem. Cilento found the problem was a loose bolt that only needed tightening between the riser and the main waterline. I was more than ecstatic to pay $150 since plumbers are paid by the hour. There was no erosion of the main waterline. The other call was for my boiler. A box on my gas boiler needed to be changed. I find their plumbers to be knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and businesslike, and their prices are reasonable. I found them through posts in nextdoorneighbors. com. Thank you, Cilento!

This is a great company. We had an issue today and got an appointment right away. In about five minutes the issue was fixed without charging us and arm and a leg. We've used Cilento in the past and the experience is always pleasant and professional. John comes to your house with a smile and ready to make the customer happy. A few years ago, on a Sunday, we woke up to a freezing house. Something was wrong. When we called, we showed John our burner via smart phone and he did some trouble shooting and we had heat!! These are the plumbers YOU WANT!!

Came within a few hours of calling them, gentleman was wearing a mask and very nice. John, the owner came back the next day. It's a pleasure to do business with nice, trustworthy people. Now I can say, I have a plumber and heating company I use!

Very nice and helpful. John genuinely wants to help get the right solution and is quick to respond. The times I called he always answered even on a weekend which is very helpful when you need to figure out how to resolve an issue asap!
