Came within a few hours of calling them, gentleman was wearing a mask and very nice. John, the owner came back the next day. It's a pleasure to do business with nice, trustworthy people. Now I can say, I have a plumber and heating company I use!

I called Cilento because I needed someone to check out my dryer exhaust and some other water issues. Scheduling the appointment was simple and staff was very friendly over the phone. Billy showed up on time and understood my issues. He explained why it was happening and what needed to be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated that Billy provided quotes and suggested what get fixed today and what could wait. He finished the work within 2 hours and the work came out beautifully. He had to drill a hole in my house and it really looks good now. I will definitely call Cilento in the future to complete the other work that wasn't such a priority today. After our former plumber failed to fix our bathroom radiant floor after a couple of visits, I found Cilento Pipeline on Yelp and scheduled an appointment with Rachel who was very nice and polite. Technician Bruce arrived right on time (a rarity in my experience), quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a reasonable price, and did the work in about an hour. Now our floor heats up without a problem. Also Bruce pointed out some issues with our boiler that we can get fixed under our oil company service contract. Great service, highly recommended!
