I love all of my Cifial products. It did take a long time to receive a few of the items that I ordered, but I was informed upon purchasing that it would take a while. It was so worth the wait. The quality is unparalleled. The design is unique. Our home was built by our builder whom gave us the purchase receipts so that we would not have any issues with warranty claims. We have had to replace a couple of stems in our bathroom faucets, and their customer service was awesome! Friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Cifial products to others.

Agree...When a home is built and their items are installed...Good luck getting Cifial USA to cover poor quality and warranty their HIGH DOLLAR products! Sometimes you're better off with lowewr end products...Delta backs their product 100% with no questions asked! Don't get taken for a ride...

We installed over $5000.00 in Cifial products in our house when it was built in 2000. The products were purchased by our general contractor and installed by his workmen. The products came with a lifetime guarantee. Now 10 years later we are having some problems with a few of the items and Cifial is refusing to back their guarantee because we do not have sales receipts for the products. Since the products were purchased by our contractor we did not receive the receipts and the distributor that they were purchased from is no longer in business. However we are the original owner of the house, we contracted to have the house built and still live in the house. Ownership is clear, yet Cifial refuses to stand behind their warranty. We have had problems with other products in the house and the manufacturers have all responded positively and backed their warranties. Cifial's refusal to honor their warranty when ownership is clear and the products have obviously failed through normal wear and tear is disconcerting. Had we known the company behaved this way at the time we selected their products we would have chosen a different vendors product.
