I'm a contractor and a customer wanted to use them on a bathroom remodel on a very expensive house, they did a great job on it, top notch work, but I Reccommended them to my next client I was dealing with, same thing bathroom remodel, it was a more modest house, and they came and looked for the estimate, and spent about 2 minutes there and left, and never heard back from them, when we called back they stated they had no records. I'm not sure what happened but it definitely won't be recommending them anymore.

This company is the best. Scheduling was easy, they are very professional, they explained everything every step of the way, they're fast, and the cost was totally reasonable. I've never used the same plumbing company twice before because they've all been so terrible, but now I found the one! Next time I break my shower, I'm calling these guys.

Sam and Anthony were very knowledgeable. Amazing the replacement of the Moen Cartridge never has it been so easy to pull out and turn for the hot and cold water. And the installation of a new shower diverter spout I no longer have the loud singing noise I was getting when I wanted to take a shower. New parts and such respectful great service I wanted to say 'Thank You Cicotte Plumbing'. A friend referred your service to me and I was very glad I made the call. Much success to your business.

Cicotte was sub-contracted from Lowes to install a toilet for my rental. When they showed up I saw it was Cicotte and remembered the individual from our local gym. Nice guy. He was quick, clean, had to do some additional pipe work behind the toilet and ensured I had a nice ""easy to get to"" set up. I also mentioned I had a leak in the kitchen faucet and he fixed that as well for minimal charge. I've got them coming again to replace my sump pump first week of Sep 2015.

My house was built in 1936 (Grosse Pointe Farms) and I bought it with the original galvanized plumbing. Last month, I had a new water heater installed which resulted in a substantial loss in water pressure in my house, to the point of me barely being able to take a shower (on the second floor).

The water heater installer (from a different company) informed me that the plumbing of my house was corroded and that I would have to get the plumbing replaced. He showed me a piece of the pipe he had removed when instaling the new water heater and it look clogged and nasty.

I asked five plumbing companies to submit their estimates to replumb my house:
- two estimates were unrealistic / too expensive (sad to say: a common problem being single / female) in my view and ruled out immediately.
- one company was very inexpensive but after asking around, researching online, I decided to not pursue them.
This left me with two estimates / companies who I felt were honest and competitive with their pricing.

I chose Cicotte Plumbing and I am incredibly happy with their work and decided to give them a huge shout out here on yelp!

Brian (owner) came to my house, on time. He explained several options to me, and gave me a rough estimate of what the new copper plumbing in my basement would cost. When he left he told me that I would receive a written estimate by email later in the day, which I did.

His crew (Ralph and Brian [his son]) came to my house and started the project within a few days after Brian had given me the estimate. Again, his crew showed up within the time frame they said they would, and finished two hours earlier than they had estimated.
They were fast, removed all debris and didn't leave a mess behind. They explained their work incl. shut-offs before they left and were very friendly and cordial from start to finish.

From the initial call to their friendly office, then meeting Brian for the estimate, to the installation itself and the follow-up after the work was done - perfect!


Two weeks after the installation was completed I am happy to say: water pressure is perfect, no leaks - zero complaints!

the worse plumbing company i ever seen, they charge $200 for inspection and failed snaking job. I have been told they will come to fix the trap and they they charge for snaking the pipe without replacing the trap, then they charge me $200. not to mention they did not show up on time, they did not have the tools for the job, they end up going back to pull up their stuff.
i recommend you stay away from these guys
