We had Cicotte Plumbing out for a decent sized job in our basement, new drains and several new water lines. Multiple members of their crew have been here over the last two days, and they have all been amazing! Very professional, conscientious, punctual, and adaptable to all issues. They did a phenomenal job helping to lay out the full bathroom and laundry area, and made sure we had full services overnight. Kept everything clean, drop cloths used at all times, boot coverings put on when going anywhere else in the house. Cicotte did service work at a property we were renting a few years ago, and absolutely the same professional service we remembered. I highly recommend them for your residential project, large or small. We got on their schedule within a couple weeks for our project, very responsive at all times and communication could not be better. Reminder calls for the appointment for the bid and the service work, calls to announce when they are arriving. Awesome experience to kick off our renovation project!

So far so good. Very courteous phone response and a robo call when they are on their way. Had 3 issues in a condo. 2 toilets acting up, along with kitchen sink /pipes that were clogged. Everything was fully explained and fixed- I even thought a new shut off valve would be needed for 1 toilet- they could easily have changed it and charged me. Kitchen sink - trouble here before, they are coming back to properly rework drain pipes- to avoid further issues. Fairly priced.

These guys really came through for me - I have a very old house with a very weird and complicated plumbing system and Brent was relentless in pursuit of finding out what the heck was wrong... I really appreciate the extra mile he and Cicotte went to to help me fix my plumbing woes! You definitely have a customer in me for as long as I own a home!

I'm a contractor and a customer wanted to use them on a bathroom remodel on a very expensive house, they did a great job on it, top notch work, but I Reccommended them to my next client I was dealing with, same thing bathroom remodel, it was a more modest house, and they came and looked for the estimate, and spent about 2 minutes there and left, and never heard back from them, when we called back they stated they had no records. I'm not sure what happened but it definitely won't be recommending them anymore.

Sam and Anthony were very knowledgeable. Amazing the replacement of the Moen Cartridge never has it been so easy to pull out and turn for the hot and cold water. And the installation of a new shower diverter spout I no longer have the loud singing noise I was getting when I wanted to take a shower. New parts and such respectful great service I wanted to say 'Thank You Cicotte Plumbing'. A friend referred your service to me and I was very glad I made the call. Much success to your business.
