I would never recommend this company to anyone! Our sewer line was broken and Cichys gave us a bid of $5,900. We ended up paying $13,400! We ended up paying in the price for a CANCELLED Hydro Vac truck in the amount of $1,010.00! We should have never been billed for a truck they ordered and cancelled!! Terrible business tactics!!

These guys are honest and do great work. When we went to sell our home in SW Mpls in 2015, buyers inspection found a badly damaged sewer main. The other guys said the whole thing had to be dug up and replaced $$$$. These guys came in and did the repair from inside and cleaned up and re-sealed our main access with cement & PVC for a fraction of the cost.

We just had Cichy's replace a broken main line sewer pipe, and wow! They were awesome. The whole process was easy, honest, and efficient. As a first time homeowner, we were really worried about doing such a big project right after purchasing the home (bad luck on our part). We got several bids from several companies, and Cichy's was right on with the best price, but also had a good timeline, and Mark was super helpful and nice. I am really glad we went with Cichy's. About 5 years ago I had sewage backing up in my basement. Rotor Rooter told me my only option was to completely replace the line from the house to the street, at a cost of $30,000. I called the city of Minneapolis and they gave me a list of companies authorized to dig up the street for sewage work. I picked Cichy's off that list.

Cichy's told me there were two bad sections of pipe, one on my lawn and one in the street, with an estimate of $5,000 to fix it. When they dug up my lawn one of the guys told me a tree near the hole was unstable and I should get it checked out. Before I was able to have someone look at the tree it fell over, fortunately not causing any damage. I called Cichys and they got a tree company out there to remove it the same day. No charge for the tree. And in the end they charged me $4,500, $500 less than the estimate.

Last week I had a small amount of sewage in the basement. I called Cichys again. They came out and snaked out a line. Since it took less than an hour it was their minimum charge of $150. A few days later there was more sewage. They came out, snaked out a different line and ran a camera down the lines to look for problems. They didn't charge me for this visit even though I had only paid the minimum the first time they were out.

They are fast, professional and honest. If they are busy they will offer to refer you to another plumber. They call right back if they are busy. Highly recommended.
