Had a rental unit heater go out in the middle of the night. Service tech beat me there first thing in the morning, had the problem diagnosed, parts on hand and fix complete in less than an hour. Technician Brian was friendly, competent and fast. Highly recommend.

Hi - Just wanted to give a big thanks to Mason @ Ciamillo for getting my furnace up & running again today. He came out ahead of time today and did a full diagnosis. (Of course after having not run for a almost a week, as soon as he shows up it starts working again :-D). He replaced the control board and gas valve (I had bought my own replacement parts). Running fine now.

He found that my existing gas valve wasn't threaded tightly to the inlet/outlet pipes; how I didn't have a major gas leak is beyond me. But it's all nice & tight now, and running fine.

Even for an avid DIY'er like me, there's a reason you call a pro: to rely on their experience, training, and specialized equipment. While some of this I probably could have done myself, it's mostly guesswork on my part. And I know my own limitations enough not to mess with the gas valve. I'm much better off having called Ciamillo. Will definitely call back for an AC inspection in the Spring!

what happened to people doing simple job? where is that pride in workmanship? I can not believe they left this bad of a job behind and still attract work. STAW AWAY at all cost!! do not do job 2 times!

My wife and I had our new AC and furnace installed right after the 4th of July. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with an HVAC company. Had a tech come out literally same day we had an issue, and it was on our terms. Everyone was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend using this company for any HVAC problems.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ciamillo Heating & Cooling for close to 14 years. Today, I have received my last service from them as I have sold my multi-family unit that I have managed from Columbus, Ohio.
Sam and his entire staff have been nothing short of outstanding. Their prompt, honest, and spectacular work makes me wish that they had moved to Columbus as well. It is rare to find such great help and personal touch in a business relationship.
Aside from maintaining the boilers, which Sam installed himself, they have helped me with plumbing issues and other odd jobs. Their prices are very fair and their commitment to deliver a satisfactory outcome is unparalleled. The only times I had to come to re-inspect work is when addressing work from other companies.
Without reservation I recommend them. Scratch that. I strongly encourage you to try them, they are simply that good.
