I had 4 contractors give me estimates and Chuys was the most reasonable and knowledgeable. Javier was the guy that came out to give me an estimate and he knew exactly what to do within seconds of looking at the leaky shower head. My home is old and he knew the only way to do it efficient yet correct was to remove the cover plate and enlarge it with a new one include a shower head as well. The value his knowledge brought and great work truly showed. I was charged $680 for the 2 hours of work, MVP plumbing quoted $2,400 Hero plumbing $4,500 and the other company wouldn't even quote it without a supervisor approval. Javier who works for Chuy's plumbing quoted me within 2 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

I woke up to a leaking pipe from the main water shutoff valve. Called Chuy's plumbing and said they'd be right over in 20 min. I was told by Javier that the previous plumber who fixed my water pressure issue and installed a regulator a couple days earlier that when he was soldering the new pipes that he melted the bottom one which caused the bottom pipe to melt. They were able to fix the problem in about an hr. And the pricing was affordable compared to other plumbers who've i had to work with the last 2 weeks. I'll be going to them for my future plumbing issues.

Last month mid-June, we had an emergency, the water pipes under my kitchen cement floor ruptured. I called Chuy's Plumbing and the lady I spoke with was very attentive to our concerns and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Chuy came the following day to assess the situation. He is very professional and explained the problem and gave us options. Once we made a decision, he and his working-partner Javier got started the same day. They completed our project within the time they said it would take. They are respectful and trustworthy. They told us ahead of time when they had to shut off the water. Each day they came, the work areas were left clean. We are grateful and we absolutely recommend them

For my home in Ventura it was time to finally replace all of the cast iron plumbing underneath the home due to the corrosion, and appreciating that the home was built in 1953, the plumbing fortunately lasted quite a while. When it was time to replace the piping underneath the entire house I put out the feelers for multiple estimates and with a variety of plumbing companies.

After meeting with a number of people, I had the most positive feeling with Javier and his team at Chuy's Plumbing, as they walked me through every aspect of the work, step by step, and took the time to explain the estimate and answer any questions. Not only did they have the most reasonable estimate, but their workmanship was the highest of any plumber I have worked with, and what makes that the case is that Javier took the time at job completion to take out his scope and show me with his camera line 60 feet in every direction of piping, just how smoothly the system was working, the perfect flow of water, the lack of any obstructions, and even took me 60 feet out into the street to show that the line is running perfectly to the sewage/city water lines.

For all the staff at Chuy's, from Carlos, who worked with me on correspondence and being the middle person with some of the communications to Javier, whose exceptional workmanship and customer service earned my trust and business, I have nothing but gratitude. Thank you so much for everything and I will certainly call again for other plumbing matters.

Chuy's Plumbing helped us out with a slab leak. Javier promptly responded and came out to the house over the weekend to give is a free estimate. This was prior to a leak detection service which he recommended .After many estimates they were the most affordable and I was not disappointed with the service. He was honest and accurate about what we needed, no additional fees.Our problem was fixed quickly and they provided excellent professional service.

The day before I was scheduled to move out of my house, I was disconnecting my washer for the movers. I found that the shut-off was not working, and suddenly had water all over the garage. I contacted Chuy's plumbing, and they fixed it the same day, and charged quite a bit less than their competitors. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up everything. Very professional, but also explained the entire process in a way that was easily understood.

I had an issue with my stove in that the gas pipe was too long and it prevented my stove from being being pushed back to the wall. I called a couple plumbers and decided to go with Chuy's. He gave me a ball park figure a bit under $250 to recess my gas line so my stove would fit better.

They were scheduled to come out Friday at about noon but the fella showed up a couple hours early which was cool. He came in, looked at it and gave me a couple options. I decided to move forward with the recess since he said it'd look nicer. So off he went to find a wall kit that would fit since it was a tight space because there was a drain line in the way. Thirty minutes later he returned and started working on it. Took him a bit over an hour to get it installed. He was efficient and did a great job cleaning up the debris.

Over all happy with the work done it looks much nicer and my stove now fits as it should. Had some side convo with the plumber which was cool (we talked about my pex lines and how he thought it was a great investment, which helped to confirm my decision to repipe my house since I was not 100% convinced the 18k I spent was that great of an idea).

Drywall repair was NOT included but that wasn't a problem since I'm comfortable patching small areas (especially since it didn't have to be perfect since no one is going to see it).

Brau and the Chuys gang pulled off an amazing bath remodel and now on to the next bath and kitchen. Super easy to deal with and very clean. Helped me grow the project and do more around the house to make it better. I love how they don't cut corners and are willing to explain everything. All the guys are nice and respectful to my home and yard etc. wife feels super comfy with them around and they even will help with designs and colors etc. in Ventura it hard to even find a person to call back. Love this team.

We set up an appointment to come on a Saturday morning and no one ever showed up. They promised to arrive between 8-9 and we didn't even get a call. Having our water shut off and waiting was a pain. Very unreliable, unprofessional and I don't recommend.
