Chuy's was recommended to me by a co worker. He came the day after Christmas to fix a leaking pipe in my ceiling. I was very impressed by the quality of his work. He did not cut through my drywall. Instead he fixed the pipe from the attic saving me a lot of other repair work. He was professional and on time and showed me pictures of his work !!!

We had a very serious problem with water pressure in our house causing major issues for our water heater and water valve outside. I was in need a of a good and reliable also affordable plumber. I saw a plumber truck leaving my eye dr and it said Chuys Plumbing & Rooter Services. I knock on his window and told him if he was free and what I needed he said give him 30mins and he was at my house. Chuy is very professional, reliable and trustworthy person. Lifesaver! Two days before Christmas, around 11 pm, I heard the sound of gushing water. The main water pipe into our house had ruptured and was flooding the basement and unstoppable. The 125 year-old house had a confusing tangle of pipes and is located on a difficult stair street. Chuy came out at 1 am in a rainstorm, got the water shut off, got a water damage mitigation crew to install dehumidifiers at 3 am, and returned at 7 am (still in a rainstorm) to fix the problem! They had to get under my deck and dig a trench and replace the damaged pipe in close quarters. By mid-afternoon, everything was working again, and they left the work area really tidy. I am so grateful. I will never call another plumber as long as Chuy's is around!

First time I've ever felt so confident with a plumber with him showing and explaining everything as he was working...first time I also didn't feel he was talking down to me and also, being very very fair on pricing.
Mainly, Chuy did an amazing job after a pipe burst in my kitchen leaving a flood (eek, during a drought!) and found another pipe ready to burst, as well as another.
I will be confidently calling him and his brother to do more plumbing projects
knowing he is honest, kind and caring.
Interesting enough, he ""listened"" to the water running through the pipes as we went and discovered the other pipe not sounding right =
Seriously, a caring plumber? Yes!
And, it's Sunday, did I mention that?

Tenant called from one of my rental properties. The toilet had backed up and water was coming out from the tub. I called my regular maintenance guy, but he wasn't available. Found Chuys plumbing. Saul arrived at the property within 30 minutes. It was a pleasant experience. Saul showed up with a positive attitude and fixed the issue immediately with a hydrojet. He didn't overcharge and finished the job quickly leaving everything in the restroom clean. My tenants were happy and so am I. I will be calling Saul every time I have a plumbing issue.
