I have an old house and decided to completely re-plumb the house. It has been almost 4 months now and no problems. Everything works as it should.

The job was huge, it had work challenges, and it was priced reasonably.

Johnny completed the job as scheduled. He was amiable. Based on his experience; he made helpful suggestions on other aspects of my remodeling.
Thanks

The company VP called me and made everything right. He apologized and refunded my money. This was a real professional and shows that upper management is responsible and takes ownership.

Don't EVEN get me started on Church Services!!! Can't get appointments right, can't bring correct materials i.e. Filters, etc. Have tried 3 times this week to get it right and now I have had ENOUGH!!!! However, If you need a new $10,000 AC unit, they will be right out! Call Church Services at your own risk!!!!!

April will be 3 years since we had our units installed. I've lost count on the number of calls we've made due to fault codes on the unit. Immediately after installation the kitchen wall against the outside wall where the units are installed vibrated with a very loud noise whenever the unit would kick on. At that time we were told it was because the unit was bigger than the original unit and our home was older. Our house was 16 years old at installation. We were given two options - cut out the kitchen wall and re-run the piping so it wouldn't rattle ( not an option to go through additional expense after what we just paid for two units ) or adjust the AC unit outside . We chose the latter; however I didn't realize they were sending one service tech to the house who literally turned the unit by himself . And by turning the unit I mean dragging the unit on the slab to face another way . It kind of concerned me considering we paid lots of money for this new unit and this guy was just dragging it around on the slab. Not saying that's the cause of all our problems since, but I didn't think that was the proper way to handle a brand-new unit . So here we are again, another fault code and I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to somebody. Who knows how much it's gonna cost me this time . I was really pleased with the sales rep, perhaps that was my problem, she was a good sales rep . I have not been pleased with the performance or the service we've received since installation. Others may have had a good experience with Church Services, but we have not and I would not recommend them. I wish I would've done a lot more research before making my selection . And did I mention that we did not take out the extra service contract ? perhaps we should have; maybe they were trying to tell us something . So my advice to anyone is do your research and think twice about using this company.

The technician who came out to do the work was great. 5 stars. The salesperson who called a day later to sell us installation of UV purifiers in our ducts was horrible, 1 star. She did not know the specifications of the product being sold, gave incorrect information to cover the things she did not know and quoted prices which are ridiculous given the work required. (I'm fine with a markup to cover the labor, warehouse expenses, training, etc., but selling a $400 product for $1200 when the labor required is less than 1 hour is pushing things. If something is broken or needs maintenance I highly recommend these folks for AC work (Go elsewhere for plumbing), but don't believe their Salespeople.

I've used Church Services for several years for my A/C maintenance. They're always prompt and professional. I recommend them any time I have the opportunity.

called church services to have my water softener for my home serviced, was told they do indeed service this type of equipment. When the technician arrived he took a quick look at the system and I knew immediately that he had no idea what to do. He spent about 2 minutes looking at the system then went and sat in his van came back 15 minutes later and said the system was fine and it did not need service and proceeded to give my wife the service call bill of 70.00 dollars. Very unprofessional highly not recommended

A/C Buyers beware! This company has not ethics or integrity. Purchased A/C unit end of 2014 and was promised routine maintenance service, Have never heard from them again. When you need them to repair something it is a horrible experience. Run Run Run from these guys in Houston. They are horrible.
