I have used Church Services for both my bi-annual maintenance checkups of HVAC for years plus purchased entire new system when I needed. The reasons I stay with Church....dependable, fair pricing, honest, knowledgeable and consistent to name just a few positives. Once again had them out for fall-winter maintenance on 2 systems....16 year old Trane (just keeps on trucking!!) and newer 3 year old Bryant which I purchased from Church. Randy Mooney was my technician this time and as usual, he and Church met and exceeded my expectations. On Bryant system...newer and working perfectly!! On older Trane system, Randy spent a lot of time fully inspecting this system. He saw some minor issues, took pictures to show and explain to me and offered options to either repair or just let unit go till its time to replace. He did not try to sell me anything, but appreciated his honesty and pictures with explanations that I could easily understand. This is exactly why I use and will stay with Church..... Randy did exceptional job, yet I can honestly say that every technician that has worked on my systems all have these same professional traits.....kudos to Church management on maintaining a team of great people.....including a great customer service team that keeps me informed of maintenance scheduling. Randy M. did a thorough and fantastic job! He was honest and talked about our best options.

It was during the Christmas break and he came out to help with our heating system. We were very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.

Bryan came out this morning to clear a blocked kitchen drain line that a previous plumber was unable to unblock. He called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled (a plus for me!) and he was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. 25 minutes later the line was no longer stopped up and the price was very reasonable, exactly what I had been quoted on the phone. I'll keep Bryan and Church Services in mind next time I have a plumbing issue.

Great Service! I called to make a routine maintenance appointment yesterday morning and Virgle was at my house that afternoon. During the maintenance check, he noticed that the furnace had not been installed correctly by a previous company that Church Services purchased a few years ago. He called the office to let them know that they needed to correct the issue. The office called me within an hour and scheduled that appointment for today. Virgle and Randy arrived this afternoon and raised the furnace to meet specs. They informed me that the performance should be much better now. Thanks to Virgle for noticing & notifying me and to everyone at Church Services for taking care of everything within 24 hours. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful!

I have been using Church for several years to maintain my HVAC system, both spring and fall maintenance packages. Scheduling is a breeze and they show up on time. Usually they just do the service, remind me to pour distilled white vinegar in the cleanout, and move on. Which is exactly what they should do.

This time I asked about some rattling that has been going on with a few of my vents and Randy the technician knew exactly what to do (simply tighten down the screws connecting the vent cover to the vent box inside). I didn't think it was that simple, but sure enough it solved the problem.

I had a hose bib break on a Sunday and called to have it fixed. Church was very responsive and told me up front there would be $144 charge for Sunday service. The repair man came promptly. But, it cost $250 to replace the bib and it took less than an hour.. I asked why it was so expensive and he said they charge $200 an hour or a flat rate of $250 to replace a hose bib. And, I still have to do the cement work where he chipped it out to get to the pipe.

Angie's List says this should have cost about $125 (more or less) plus the price for the part (not much).

We've used Church Services multiple times for plumbing and AC. Today on a Sunday we needed their emergency service because it finally got cold in Austin and our heater wouldn't go on. Randy got to our house quickly, diagnosed a faulty wiring issue from our DIY thermostat replacement last summer, fixed that, replaced our blown fuse, and we were warm in no time. Highly recommend.

I phoned them early this morning because of a leaky shower faucet and they sent someone out to my house within a couple of hours and he fixed the problem. The tech was Allen and I highly recommend this business.

Great experience with Church Services and so glad I signed up for their maintenance plan. I called with a problem and they came right over. Randy was fantastic and fixed the problem really fast and thoroughly. Continue to be so happy I use them.
