I would not use this company again. I had them come to look an a/c unit because there was debris and dust falling through the vents. The technician came to the unit on 09/23 (Friday) and diagnosed that the coil was in a bad condition and there was a opening which was letting dust in. He suggested either cleaning the coil or fixing the coil and closing the opening would address the issue. Since he quoted thousands of dollars to fix the issues, we did not want to proceed without doing some research and getting quotes from others for comparison. We asked him go ahead and close the opening. He charged $325 for the work that lasted just a few minutes. He said there won't be any more debris or dust falling through the vents. On 09/26 (Monday), which is the next business day, we started seeing debris and dust. When we called Church Services, they said they will charge $150 to take a look. This is ridiculous since the technician said there will be no more debris or dust. Within a couple of days, the problem returned. Church Services should not be charging us to come and see why their fix did not fix the issue and they should not charge $150 for that visit.

My A/C quit and my house became sweltering.
I called Church Services and they scheduled me same day (!).
The guy showed up early (!!), and he was able to fix the problem with parts on hand (!!!).

My attic was like 120+ degrees, and yet the guy was up there for an hour.
It was so hot, I was concerned for his health.
But he got it done.

I would recommend them again to anyone in a tough spot.

apparently what used to be Christian Brothers is now Church Services. it is NOT the same company or experience!! i called recently after a big lightning storm knocked out power and wanted to be sure there was no damage from the power surge. never complained about any cooling performance. never had any cooling performance issues. never. was quickly told it was normal for lightning to reset and restart the system. then i was foolish enough to sign up for a 190 dollar yearly maintenance plan. he poked around for a bit and informed me the evaporator coil was leaking and it would be about 2000 dollars to fix it. heres the problem the access panel was not removed to check for a leak, it is still caulked around the refrigerant lines from when it was installed. also he never checked the filter which was black with dog hair. had somebody else check the pressures and you guessed it, NO problem. so the maintenance plan was a joke and the "diagnosis" was a fairy tale. i got 90 of the 300 dollars back but what a joke. look elsewhere!!

This company is probably one to avoid. They quoted me 1600.00 to replace an old gas connection. I found another company to do it for less than 200.00 and it was done right. The tech kept nervously laughing as he tried to explain that it was going to be very expensive and the reasons he gave sounded really ridiculous

5/30/2016- I wanted to come back and update my original response. After having the issues reported above I was able to speak with 2 different managers, John and Joe. They apologized several times and informed that the way I had been treated was unacceptable. They informed they would have another tech come out and take a look at my AC. The tech, Virgil, showed up first thing in the morning and had already been briefed on the situation. He asked me to explain again however just to ensure nothing had been missed. Right off the bat he thought he may know what the issue was but wanted to see the unit first. He took a look at it, took off several parts, and ran multiple tests to trouble shoot the issue. After about 30 minutes he found that the problem was the fan motor, which is what he initially suspected. He replaced the motor and ran a few more tests to ensure no other issues. The level of Service I received from Virgil was exactly what I had come to expect from the company these several years. He took a little time and found out the issue wasn't as bad as I had been initially informed which came as a relief to me and my family. The only reason I waited to report back as long as I did was to make sure my AC continued to work and had no further issues. It has been a week and a half and it has continued to work fine Thank You Church Services for owning up to your mistakes and making things right. You have continued to earn my business for years to come.

I had called 4 plumbers about a clogged sink, and 1 never called back, the other 2 couldn't come out for 1-2 days, and one was going to be out that morning, then early afternoon, and finally at 3:30 PM I called Church Services.

Church Services was over in a matter of a few hours, and the technician, Daniel Lopez, was great! He explained what the problem was, how he was going to proceed, and went to work. He was so concerned about not tracking any dirt into our house, and stayed around after his work was finished to make sure everything was working properly.

Daniel was very friendly and personable. You felt like you had known him for longer than the 1 hour he was at the house.

A job well done Church Service! I highly recommend the company and particularly Daniel Lopez!!

Received a visit next day for a non working ac. After spending all of about 10 minutes looking at the AC the tech declared it dead but could not quote me a replacement. I had to get someone to my house at 7 pm. That led me to call another referred HVAC company which showed up in an hour. Changed a wire and low and behold the dead AC came to life.

Beware, these guys are in business to make money. Oh, and I paid $69 for them to give me bad information and not even try to fix anything.

I contacted Church services due to a drainage issue in my bathroom. The technician was prompt and courteous. I was helped by Bryan who took more than ample time to explain to me exactly what was going on, and how he was addressing the situation, making me feel much more comfortable about the resolution.

The plumber was great. He liked working past 5 pm so no charge, he was efficient and cleaned up after the mess.
HOWEVER, $400 for 40 minutes? Are you kidding?
Called the next day and told them that was exorbitant. The lady says, "Well, I can knock it down a little. $399.00."
Call ANYONE else.

Service Technician said they are top tier plumbing service so they are expensive. I just wasted $69 on a service call fee because their on-site estimates were way overpriced. I know plumbers are expensive but the estimates were not reasonable. My advice is to at least get a ball park estimate before any plumbing service comes out so you can get an idea of the cost. Otherwise, it is money down the drain (literally) because you have to pay the service call fee if you don't use their service.
