Great experience yesterday with everything. I was surprised how fast they were willing to come out to my house. They even moved around another job so that they could get to my house faster since they were in the area. Jason was a nice guy, worked hard and repaired my water heater in 30 minutes. My water heater stopped working one day and I wasn't sure why. I was worried that I won't find a good company and would have to waste a lot of money and time! One of my friends actually helped me and came out to see if they could try to fix it for me. They weren't exactly sure what was wrong so that's when we decided to look on Yelp. My friend is actually the one who helped me find them and suggested that I use them. After we both looked at the reviews we thought they could for sure help me. Making an appointment was easy and the receptionist was nice from what my friend said. I was mostly interested in this specific company since they were able to get out the fastest and honestly I didn't even ask about a price since I was in such a rush to get my hot water back on. Their water heater guy came over and let me know it would be a easy, quick and cheap fix. He said I was pretty lucky that it was just the pilot light since it was one of the least expensive things to repair! Sweet! He worked for about 20 minutes and was out of my house before I even knew it. They really need to get more reviews because they are great. Their service is fast and their employees are really friendly! I am really happy! Thank you so much!

This company is top notch. I've been looking around and getting different types of estimates. When they came to my house to replace my water heater they were fast, professional and friendly.

There was no hidden fees which always happens with different companies. They are open 24 hours and that says a lot from a company. I always research the company first and I'm very picky with who I finally choose. These guys are Amazing and definitely recommend then to anyone!!

Found them through Yelp and their great reviews stand true. I can easily say they were the best! I've had plumbing work done before in the past but these guys go above and beyond! Not only they arrived very fast but had a great attitude. They repaired my pilot light on water heater for a great price.

Pro tip: Make sure to ask about getting an invoice emailed to you! Very convenient!

This company is great, they are not here to scam you. They are here to give professional advise while providing top of the line water heaters, not just a water heater purchased at Home Depot or Amazon. The guy talked me out of buying a phony water heater from amazon. He took the time to explain everything and where they purchase their waterheaters from. I am happy he was so professional and informative. I ended up buying a tankless waterheater from them and having it installed by them as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

When I realized I wasn't getting any hot water from my water heater, I started calling around to see if I could get a good deal for getting it looked at--and Davey was the best of the bunch. They were so professional and pleasant--they listened to my issues over the phone and sent someone out the next day to look at the heater itself to figure out what was going on.

Chris, the plumber who came to help me, was really friendly and patient. He took the time to explain to me (in layman's terms!) exactly what was going on and what would need to be done to fix it, plus he was very upfront about how much it was going to cost! I was really nervous about calling someone to help me, because I never had before and wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting fleeced, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I'm happy to write a review for Davey Water Heaters! I'm usually wary about calling anyone other than my dad for help, but the staff here is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jason was the plumber who helped get my water heater back on and working. Apparently, it was only a small error code that had to be fixed! I was worried it'd be a huge problem and cost me a ton of money, but Jason was honest and ethical about it. I didn't get tricked into spending more than I needed to, which is always my fear.

In addition to fixing my water heater, Jason gave me the run down and a 101, so that I know what I can do if I have a small issue like this come up again. So helpful!

They have really good employees. The owner is pretty friendly too. If you need a water heater replacement they are experienced and knowledgable company. I talked to the owner on the phone about my warranty and unfortunately it was just out of warranty by only a year. He helped me figure out where all the information was on my water heater.

Scheduled a visit to replace the old one with a newer brand. Jason was going to stop by the next day between 3-5pm. He put the new water heater in quickly and carefully. He answered my questions I had about the new brand.

Recommend them because of their service and their work. Their prices are reasonable as well.

The service and work were professionally executed .The plumbers themselves were very personable too. Didn't have any hidden fees or charges put on me at the last minute, which was great. It seemed like they followed all the right steps. I'm very impressed with Davey's and would gladly recommend them to family and friends. If you need a hot water tank installation they will not disappoint!!!

This was an easy 5 stars because of professionalism. Someone called me back after I left a voicemail. I explained the problem I was having with my hot water heater. When they came over they told me what they were going to do in order to make the repair and how much it was going to be. Outstanding customer service!
