Chugach Sewer and Drain

I had roots in my sewer line that resulted in blockages for two years. I own a small power drain snake but could not clear using a 75-foot cable. I reached out to Chugach Sewer and Drain and made an engagement for the following day.

They informed me that they had two prior engagements before me and would call when they were finished with those. Around noon, I didn't receive anything and contacted to obtain a check-in. Chugach said they were occupied with a situation but anticipated to be out soon.

Shortly after, I got a phone call and was informed that a technician was on the way. I discovered that Chugach was still engaged, so they made the effort to reach out to another company and sent them over to make sure I was assisted.

The respondent was courteous and capable. My drain was cleared in about 30 minutes. I was charged the stated fee for the service and provided with helpful tips on how to maintain my pipes clear and functional.

I rarely see a service provider like Chugach Sewer and Drain make sure I was properly assisted, even at the cost of their own schedule. No need to reschedule and no excuses, just a satisfied client. For this courtesy and care, they have secured my loyalty and I give high praise to Chugach.

They were more affordable than other snaking services and employed the correct equipment to resolve my drains, not just unclog them, unlike my past experiences even though they mentioned I had root issues. I am quite satisfied.

My experience with Chugach Sewer and Drain was extremely disappointed with their service. Once they cleared a blockage, they left waste in my yard. After I mentioned the problem, they insisted it wasn't their responsibility to clean up what came out of the pipe.

I was quite taken aback by Chugach Sewer and Drain would not address the aftermath of their work. After they finished unclogging the drain, the waste was left in my yard. When I pointed this out, they remarked that it was not their duty for what came out of the pipe.

To sum it up, my interaction with Chugach Sewer and Drain was disappointing. They did unclog the drain, the lack of professionalism was concerning. I expected better attention to detail from a plumbing company.
