I even gave Chuck's a 5 star review 2 years ago, but I've been extremely disappointed since. They just aren't reliable and the communication is severely lacking. They don't come when they say they will and don't let you know. When they started up my system this year they didn't even bother to make sure the heads were working and half of my yard isn't getting any water. It's pretty much impossible to get them to come out to do any kind of work. I wanted to stick with them because they know my system but I need someone I can count on, and Chuck's just isn't it.

Chuck's sprinkler service was requested to come out and check on the readiness of our sprinkler system for the Spring Season, the technician was very thorough and investigated each and every sprinkler to ensure proper pattern and pressure, verified with me what he found and fixed.

I asked for an estimate by phone and was told a sprinkler blowout would cost me $80. I told them the number of zones, that the pump was in our pond etc. I later got a call from another group referred by Angie. He quoted me the same price. I decided to stick with Chuck's since it was the same price and I had already contacted them. The guy came out from Chuck's and did the service. He was friendly and got the job done promptly. However, when I received the bill, it was for $100. I called and asked why they had jacked up the price and was told I had an unconventional yard and had 7 zones. Bait and switch. I paid the bill but will not be a returning customer. Stay away from this outfit.

I can't tell you the last time I was this pleased with a service. The guys that came out to install a drip system and fix heads were professional and courteous. But where they went above and beyond was when they actually taught me about my existing system. Now I know how to prepare my pump for winter while I'm waiting for the blow out, how to expand my drip system myself, and how to perform maintenance on my pump to reduce the heads clogging. They were supposed to replace some heads that I thought were too short, but instead, they said they were just clogged. I wouldn't have known the difference and they could've made more money off me. I hope they stay in business forever because they would be hard to replace.

completely lame, when they asked me to call Mesa county telling me that I was in need of permit for the job, they were sched to do. I live in the city (GJ) not county, and contractor is the one who pulls a permit for jobs. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and went with another sprinkler repair operation. They came recommended but disappointed overall with the lack of knowledge.

We have used Chucks Sprinkler for the past few years and we will never use them again. Last year we requested them to service our irrigation system and after repeated calls to them, they finally told us to place a blanket over the pump and inlet valve. We did so. Some time later, they arrived and saw that our pump, pies, and inlet valve were frozen. It took two days to unthaw the lines too blow out. This spring we opened the inlet valve and water shot out. We called them repeatedly to fix it and when they finally arrived the inlet valve and pipe had to be replaced. They then blamed us, even though we followed their requests, and told us to pay the bill. They have no guarantee on their work and don't believe them! They lie!

We had arranged for Aztec Irrigation to come and winterize our sprinkler system. Was told they would be out in two weeks and we would be contacted to be notified of a date. Well...two weeks came and nothing. I tried calling them twice but all I got was an answering machine one day, and the next day I called, their answering machine was full and I could not leave a message.
Knowing that our weather was getting into the freezing temps, I scoured around and Chucks said they would be out in two days and we were given a time.
On the scheduled day, they called early stating the could be out earlier if we wanted them to.
Service was done, no fuss or muss...just like a professional company....NOT LIKE AZTEC IRRIGATION

Horrible experience - told they would be at my home from noon to 3 pm. At 4 pm I called. Scheduler said she couldn't help me. Sent me to technician's phone. He was irate. Said scheduler problem not his AND he was unable to send call back to scheduler. I called. She said owner away and not available except maybe by text. Scheduler called back and said they would be here first thing in the morn. Never showed up. Never called me.

I've used Chuck's sprinkling service for about 10 years or more. They always do a quick start up. They check all the sprinkler heads and replace or fix any that need it. Do a great job shutting down the system in the fall. They let you know when they will be here and arrive on time. Rates are good. Nice guys.

Made an appointment with Chuck's about 2 weeks out. They called to confirm appointment the day before and let me know they would be at my home sometime after 3 PM the next day. They arrived at 3:20 PM, fixed a broken lateral, turned on sprinklers, checked sprinkler coverage. Total time about 40 minutes. Completely satisfied.
