Jason G.Chuck's employees were professional and did a good job. However, they charged me $110 for the 5-10 minutes it took them to move my toilet and put it back. I was not informed beforehand that there would be an excessive fee for moving my toilet 1 ft. I would not expect an auto mechanic to charge me $100 to remove tires in order to do a break job. I would have gladly moved the toilet myself if I knew it would be an excessive fee.
When I called Chuck to discuss it with him, he informed me that there's nothing wrong with charging over $600/hr to move a toilet or to charge me an extra $110 for something so simple without informing me beforehand. The quality of work was good but the cost for repairing a minor clog was excessive and included undisclosed fees.
