The office staff was very polite and helpful. They bailed us out last minute after a different company failed to show up. The truck actually arrived a few minutes early and he got right to work. They charge by the hour and he didn't lag or miss a beat, got to it and kept at it until done. Cleaned up well and everything back in order. Would definitely recommend. Not five stars because they are expensive! But saved us and did good work.

Chucks septic tank service is one of the best plumbing companies as far as cleaning out the drains there is central Ohio area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs that type of service. My mother who is 93 years old had a plumbing issue and they were very kind and very customer service oriented and treated my mother with respect and kindness.

This is a fantastic company! Rich Smith was a life saver. It's hard to find people that will just think and problem solve. And that is exactly what Rick did. If you want a smart guy who is willing to problem solve on septic issues call Rich at Chuck's. I know that is what I will do from here on out.

Jarrod arrived on time and got right to work. As I watched him going about his job I was impressed with his energy and efficiency. Once he was done, he took the time to explain some simple things I could be doing to preserve the life of the crazy-expensive Jet aerator. He clearly knew his job and how to tactfully explain that the septic system is not a maintenance-free hole in the ground - it requires a little attention from the homeowner. No one ha ever taken the time to explain that to me.

Great job, Jarrod, and congrats to Chuck's for hiring such good employees.
