There was evidence our main sewer drain line was partially blocked. Kitchen sink drain and shower was not draining proficiently.. Called Chuck who came out in a couple days and agreed the main 4"" sewer drain should be rooter cleaned.. using a industrial mechanical drain auger Chuck Unblocked this 90 foot drain... Chuck was friendly and worked hard to complete this task..

I was recommended to Chuck by someone with the 8th Utilities District. I called, he was in town and was here within the hour. He snaked the sewer line and at about 97 feet, you just heard the water wash away! I had him video the line too as we were worried we might have a break. It's the old clay times the line is that old! It was amazing good quality video I could follow it. Thankfully no breaks, but we did have roots at about every clay pipe junction. I would highly recommend him. Fast friendly, and clean!

I had to have a main sewer line snaked due to tree roots. Chuck was very accommodating and flexible about scheduling, quoted me a flat and accurate rate up front, and did a very thorough job.

I know that the tree roots are a recurring problem, and I will be relying on Chuck every year for preventative maintenance. Having dealt with 4 different plumbing companies thanks to this problem, I can comfortably say that I've finally found the one I'm happy with.
