Called Chuck's Plumbing the first part of May to have two outside hose bibs replaced. I was told that they could not get to my job until May 17th. I said fine and made an appointment for the 17th at 8;30AM.

After re-arranging other commitments in order to be available for Chucks, the 17th came and went. But, Chucks did not.

Did anyone From Chucks call and say they were not going to be there as agreed? No, Nobody did... Did Chucks ever show up? Nope... Do you think for even a second that I will ever Call Chucks in the future? Nope.

I realize things can go wrong, but to not let a customer know your not coming is unacceptable. This is how a business fails, one customer at a time...

Chuck's Plumbing never even responded. I ended up calling around and another Plumber (Scott Ryland) got back to me right away....they installed my new faucet the very next day after calling me.

Chuck showed up looked at my septic problem. He sent me an estimate and I accepted his proposal and we scheduled. Just finished and my wife and I are totally satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would and will recommend him and his crew to take your plumbing problems, without a doubt.
