Had 2 guys install ,new drain pvc pipe under my house for $260 labor & materials. Chucks plumbing wanted to charge me $1,800 to do hydro jetting for a grease plugged up drain. Wanted to take a moment to share my most recent experience. Let me preface this by saying the first time we used Chucks we had an awesome experience. Hence, why we reached out again for a leaky faucet. This time however, was completely different. Office staff is great, but the plumber that was sent out was rude, argumentative, and just unprofessional. Daryle came out the first time and convinced my husband and I that we were basically crazy and our faucet wasn't leaking and it was """"bone dry."""" The next day we had water pouring out of the base of the faucet and went through 10 soaked towels in two days. Called Chucks hoping they would send someone else, but the same gentleman showed up. And guess what!? He said there was no leak and that I must have washed dishes and """"splashed"""" water or gave my babies a bath and got water on the counter. So basically blaming me and in my mind, calling me an idiot. Mind you, under the sink was wet too. He literally argued and didn't bother to take apart the faucet when we suggested that might be the problem. Then he tried to charge us $50... ‍ THEN we got an email with """"recommendations """" from the technician for a $500 faucet and multiple $4000+ water softener!??? ‍ and guess what? We are still experiencing the leak and have towels surrounding the faucet. Haven't washed dishes or my children in the sink... so not sure how the water ended up there. Anyway, like I said, first experience was great, but this most recent one was extremely disappointing. I felt strongly about providing this feedback.

Overpriced, but they get you by charging for the estimate. I do not consider them an honest and fair business. Go somewhere else if you want a good job done for a fair price. You will be shocked at their prices and end up paying this company for the estimate and paying someone more reputable to do the work.

I read some of the reviews for this company and called them to assist with a leak in the outside shutoff valve. Was treated rudely by a male answering the phone. After being questioned like a criminal, was finally told it would be $199 for someone to come out and walk around looking for a leak...if he had to go into his truck it would be $350. No thanks for the rudeness and 3rd degree.

Had a pretty basic leaky sink and one severely borked shower. Dennis came to my rescue and over the course of two visits got it all fixed right up. The work was well done and efficient. Yeah it was expensive but that's more than likely because it was a big job. Chuck's plumbing was a good choice. Thanks Dennis!

Called about a small leak at the water meter box. Was quoted $419. I said no. Got home and repaired it myself for $15 in no time at all. I think it's actually the City of Tampa that should of made the repair. Still paid the service call. Yikes

I found this company from reviews posted and the reviews are pretty accurate. The company was responsive, professional, showed up on time; the work performed was very good and Dennis, the guy that did the work was very personable and professional. The cost was what I would consider high; certainly higher than I had anticipated but I ahappy with the result. Used them again. Same result. I recommend them if your goal is quality.

A-OK Company. We had a leak (actually a lake) starting in our front yard due to a clogged overflow drain pipe. I started at the beginning of the plumber names and went down. Chuck's was the first one with a great phone operator, she was SO nice and helpful. Then within 1.5 hours Dennis was at our house ready to snake the drain. After 45 minutes of trying he had to call in his supervisor. Supervisor came out they team worked the problem and we had our front yard back. Total cost $99. Yes, I would call this company again.
