Very bad experience with Chuck. After he arrived late he looked at the current hot water heater that needed replaced and gave 3 options. I won't divulge his prices but they were very high. Once I started to question his hourly rates he got very anger and raised his voice and stated that he didn't negotiate prices. And that even after I told him I had another unit. I understand he needs to make a profit but his prices were way too high. His $200 permit costs are also high compared to other quotes. He stated that he is not In business to provide the best pricing nor does it seem that he cares about establishing any kind of relationships. I told him that his behavior was unprofessional after he raised his voice and became demeaning and then he tried to blame it on some family issues .... really?? We all have issues in our personal life but being a professional means that you don't mix business with your personal life. After I suggested to try to lower the price by me purchasing and delivering the hot water heater myself he didn't have a good answer and tried to blame it on logistics and coordination challenges. It was apparent that Chuck was only concerned with one thing ... making a quick buck. As a side note I called a plumber I used many times for my business and his prices are around 120% less. Needless to say I will not be using Chucks plumbing in the future.

We have used Chucks Plumbing for many years. They are professional and reliable. They have done renovations and repairs in our home and we are always pleased with the work. Bobby was just here for some non emergency plumbing and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend Chucks Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

We called Chuck's to have an outside faucet replaced and one of our toilets needed new parts - the next day the plumber showed up on time and ready to go. Bobby was polite and professional ( we hit it off immediately ) and quickly sized up the work. He took the time to explain what was involved to complete the work, as well as offered a few tips to keep things optimized and running smooth. Bobby went above and beyond - he was efficient and did a great job top to bottom. We are pleased with the work and will only use Bobby from now on for any plumbing maintenance moving forward. We had used Chuck's two years ago for an emergency repair, which they handled perfectly. When it came time to replace the kitchen sink and faucet, we asked for Chuck's to provide a quote. They were a little more expensive (less than $50) than another plumber, and just slightly less expensive than a third. I didn't hesitate to give Chuck's my business again, since Bobby was genuinely concerned about keeping me as a loyal customer. Bobby was able to come out the next day, and provided excellent quality plumbing service, as well as great customer service. He complimented us on our sink and faucet choice, was meticulously clean and neat, insisted that he double-check all of his work, and clearly explained a couple of options for the install (no extra charge, regardless of which option we decided). I teach customer service professionally, and from the initial call to the quote, install and follow-up communication, Bobby and the people at Chuck's exceeded all of my high expectations. Highly recommend.

After putting it off for far too long, I needed to call a plumber to help fix our water heater in the granny flat over our garage.. It always had a bad smell and was over 10 years old, so I knew it needed to be fixed or replaced. I turned to Yelp for someone I could trust and called Chuck's. I was amazed that someone picked up the phone after 1 ring and amazingly, was able to get someone out the next morning (a Saturday)! The friendly voice on the other end of the line said that I would be getting an email with details about my job and with a picture of my technician (Bobby). Within a few minutes I received the email and sure enough there was Bobby's friendly face providing me with piece of mind on who I should expect the next morning. Bobby was a few minutes EARLY and jumped right onto the case. Within just a few minutes he determined the issue, found the replacement water heater in the nearby warehouse and was back a short while later to start the work to replace the unit. Bobby was incredibly personable, friendly and helpful. He gave me options on ways to fix it or to fully replace it. The final invoice was all electronic, iPad based and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that isn't often the norm these days. I highly recommend Chuck's plumbing!

This was my first time using Chuck's. I had a great experience. The tank seals on my toilet tank were leaking and after looking at the reviews online for different places, I ended up calling Chuck's Plumbing. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Darryl. He called me the day before to remind me and confirm the appointment and also called me on the day of my appointment to let me know my technician was on the way which was very cool. Also status updates were sent via email. My technician, Michael Michniak, was great. He was my plumbing hero! He was prompt, very nice, knowledgeable, and he gave me all my options and explained them. He did a great job. He got my toilet up and running again with no leaks! Looks brand new! Thank you Michael!!! I hope I never need plumbing work again but if I do, I would call these guys again. I felt really comfortable and I thought it was great overall service which made it worth it!

Bobby and Daryle came out on time and did the camera job I ordered earlier in the week. They also were able able to trouble shoot another problem I was having which enabled me to have my contractor fix at no additional cost to me. Bobby was very knowledgeable and advised me of my new home """"opportunities"""" that could potentially become problematic in the future and services that would help rectify them. Grateful those were pointed out prior to the pool being put in. Definitely recommend Chucks Plumbing so far!
