Good response and very knowledgeable. The boys were playing football and broke the outside faucet - water spraying wild. I called and Chuck answered - """"our tech will call shortly."""" True to his word the on call plumber called and showed up shortly after. Great experience for an unexpected expense.

Got the water heater done. Wow. Over the top great. Put a metal shutoff on the top instead of the old flimsy plastic one. Really happy.

RIP offs! Jerks! Stay away! There """"plumber"""" wreaked like cigarettes and I am not kidding about this, but he stunk like urine! Disgusting! He gave me an estimate for installing 5 faucets. The sinks and plumbing were already existing. Just needed to hook up new faucets. His military discounted estimate was $1,523.84! I could not believe this idiot! I had to pay him $49.00 for this BS advice. No way would I use these guys. I hired a different plumber (Al, he was great!), who did the job in 4 hours and cost me $400.00.

Chuck's Plumbing sent a professional out to provide an estimate on replacing our leaking, 18-year-old water heater. Their team member gave reasonable options within minutes, answered all my questions on the spot, and once I said """"Go,"""" he had the job DONE within 90 minutes, despite having to go out and get the appliance. He also gave me tips and pointers about how to best maintain the appliance, safety, and some information about my home's plumbing that I didn't know before. Chuck's efficient, knowledgeable, no-BS service has won me over. I'll call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

Chuck's Plumbing was the preferred installer recommended by the manufacturer of a device I purchased, which is the only reason I allowed them to work on my plumbing instead of my preferred plumber, figuring they would provide expert installation and service given the high price point they were charging for their service. The only positive thing I have to say is that the install was performed in a timely manner. Looking at the install, it seemed excessive pipe dope was used, however not being an expert myself I didn't complain figuring the work was done and the chemical taste to the water went away after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, a few months later, one of the fittings they used cracked resulting in a significant leak. Since the device was on my water main I needed emergency service since the leak required water to the entire house to be turned off. Timely repair was especially critical since I had 30+ guests scheduled to be at the house the next day for a party. When I called, I advised of this and was told that some point between 8-11 AM the next day was the best they could do, as they do not provide any type of emergency response service. I inquired if they could at least make sure that I was the first appointment of the day promptly at 8AM and was advised they could not do that and it may be as late as 11:00, which I advised was not acceptable. I was told they weren't going to go out of their way to repair a leak, at which point I reiterated it was a substantial failure necessitating water to the entire home to be shut off and advised that if that's the best they could do they should go ahead and get me on the schedule and that I would call back if I was able to get someone else to come out sooner. I called back a few minutes later after securing another plumber and inquired where I should send the bill since they were unable to provide timely service to repair their defective work, at which point I received a profanity laced tirade advising me of what a horrible person I was, was told never to contact them again, and was hung up on. The plumber performing the repair advised that it appeared the stress crack in the plastic was due to Chuck's Plumbing over tightening the connection, resulting in eventual failure. After their substandard work resulting in the only substantial water leak I have experienced to date, I would strongly caution others to avoid them in favor of a more trustworthy company that will treat you right.

Chuck's plumbing was great. Darryl arrived an hour after I called the issue in. He fixed my problem within the hour and did a great job. Quick and easy!

Had 2 guys install ,new drain pvc pipe under my house for $260 labor & materials. Chucks plumbing wanted to charge me $1,800 to do hydro jetting for a grease plugged up drain. (WHAT A RIP OFF ) ALWAYS GET 3 ESTIMATES, THERE ARE ALWAYS DIFFERENT WAYS TO TACKLE A PROBLEM. WOW I saved over $1500 Gary New Port Richey

Wanted to take a moment to share my most recent experience. Let me preface this by saying the first time we used Chucks we had an awesome experience. Hence, why we reached out again for a leaky faucet. This time however, was completely different. Office staff is great, but the plumber that was sent out was rude, argumentative, and just unprofessional. Daryle came out the first time and convinced my husband and I that we were basically crazy and our faucet wasn't leaking and it was """"bone dry."""" The next day we had water pouring out of the base of the faucet and went through 10 soaked towels in two days. Called Chucks hoping they would send someone else, but the same gentleman showed up. And guess what!? He said there was no leak and that I must have washed dishes and """"splashed"""" water or gave my babies a bath and got water on the counter. So basically blaming me and in my mind, calling me an idiot. Mind you, under the sink was wet too. He literally argued and didn't bother to take apart the faucet when we suggested that might be the problem. Then he tried to charge us $50... THEN we got an email with """"recommendations """" from the technician for a $500 faucet and multiple $4000+ water softener!??? and guess what? We are still experiencing the leak and have towels surrounding the faucet. Haven't washed dishes or my children in the sink... so not sure how the water ended up there. Anyway, like I said, first experience was great, but this most recent one was extremely disappointing. I felt strongly about providing this feedback.

Overpriced, but they get you by charging for the estimate. I do not consider them an honest and fair business. Go somewhere else if you want a good job done for a fair price. You will be shocked at their prices and end up paying this company for the estimate and paying someone more reputable to do the work.

I read some of the reviews for this company and called them to assist with a leak in the outside shutoff valve. Was treated rudely by a male answering the phone. After being questioned like a criminal, was finally told it would be $199 for someone to come out and walk around looking for a leak...if he had to go into his truck it would be $350. No thanks for the rudeness and 3rd degree.
