Called for some toilet maintenance, expecting to wait many days for an available appointment during an inconvenient time slot, but Chuck's team got me scheduled within 2 days during my preferred time slot. Jared was my tech, very professional and helpful. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, giving me all the potential options and pricing before he started working. The pricing options were """"all-in, out the door"""" pricing, none of that """"it's only $99""""... and then the final bill actually comes to $193.12 when taxes and labor are factored into the equation. The work came with a 90 day warranty, which was extremely handy because there was a minor issue the day after the repair work. Jared came back out and fixed the issue, at no cost... no labor fee, no parts fee, nothing! Jared even answered my questions about another issue I was having and he quickly solved the problem, now my sink runs smoother too. I'll definitely be using Chuck's Plumbing for all my repair needs!

After having two other plumbers unsuccessfully attempt repair of leaky copper pipes in my main bathroom, I was extremely frustrated. The aforementioned plumbers had warned me that I would likely need to repipe the entire house to alleviate my problem. I was in the midst of other renovations and could not budget for a whole house replumbing job. To make matters worse, one of the other 2 companies had attempted a shoddy repair that did not hold, and even created a leak in another area of the property by air testing the system, and then """"turned tail and ran"""" after leaving my property in disrepair. I was at wit's end and very wary when I called Chuck's, but then Chase came out to assess the problem. He assured me that the repair could be completed in the bathroom and I could avoid re plumbing the entire house right now. His plumber Cleveland came and completed the repair, and the cost was reasonable. Cleveland was polite and expeditious. The quote included drywall repair and that service was also completed quickly and neatly. Huge thanks to Cleveland and Chase. I will call Chuck's in the future.

Mike, actual plumber who came to my house and perform all of my services, was excellent! I had an issue with my upstairs shower and Mike figured it out quickly. To fix the shower's functioning required replacing my shower valve which could only be accomplished by going through drywall in the hallway outside of the shower. I was informed prior to beginning the service of what my charges would be including the drywall patch. When Mike came back to patch the drywall, he wasn't able to sand the wall due to drying time and other jobs he had to complete elsewhere. I was phoned by Darryl after Mike had left and told I would NOT be rescheduled for completion of the job I had already paid for in full ($978) until I was ready to install a water softener which I had asked to receive an estimate on installing. I had explained that I am a single mother of two children and needed to save some money for the costs of the water softener and installation especially given I did not anticipate the high cost of fixing the shower, but Darryl would not schedule a time for Mike to complete work on the job for which I had already paid. Darryl stated he would phone back to schedule ALL of the work in a few days, but now one week later I have yet to receive a call. Thus, I now have a large section of drywall in my hallway which I will figure out how to fix myself as I have lost trust in Chuck's Plumbing to complete their job.

using this company was a wonderful experience. Mike is a great plumber who really cares about his job. there were many complications that came up in his 3 days of hard work at my place, ( old plumbing and original equipment from '89!) yet he always stayed positive and figured it out. i have total confidence in Mike's ability and highly him and the Company. his partner Kyle, who i met on the last day of work was polite and professional, and i was glad that Mike had his help. i am sure he will have a great future with Chuck's as well. great job, love my new sinks, faucets, and water heater pan!

I moved to a new home the end of February and needed the refrigerator ice maker hooked up. It is working perfectly. About 10 days later, I noticed a small water leak under the kitchen sink. I called the company and they sent their tech, Vinnie, to my home within the hour. He repaired the leak in record time. The next day Vinnie and Mike came to look at the damage on my kitchen floor. (I had a new vinyl floor installed about 10 days prior) I know that Mike is a plumber with the company, however, he replaced the wood damage and installed new vinyl flooring. Mike was warm and friendly, he has true sense of humor and he is extremely professional. It was a pleasure having him do the work in my home because he is a perfectionist and detail oriented. I'm very impressed with this company. The customer service from the first phone call to the actual service was awesome. The dispatchers were quick to respond and so friendly. Caleb fixed my kitchen sinks and was so polite, super friendly and easy to talk to. He cleaned the sinks when he was done and even offered to take his shoes off when he came in. He did a great job explaining the problem and also gave me some tips to help it in the future. I highly recommend and everyone should ask for Caleb!

I recently hired Chucks team to come & install a pan under my water heater and do a leak inspection, for my house that was recently inspected. I have nothing but good things to say. Honest, reliable, and all his techs have a background check performed. They even came a day early, due to a cancellation, which was very professional of them! I would hire them again for sure!!
