My extended family has been relying on Putzig for decades. Years ago when I bought my own house I continued to use them as well. Never had a problem. They show up on time, fix the problem the first time and charge reasonable prices.
Recently I had a water heater issue but they were booked up for almost a week. But they were willing and able to help me through an alternative solution and I was back up and running the next day.

It's hard to get excited about a plumber, but I really have come to rely on Putzig's. Over the past 14 years I have had much work done by Putzig's and I have never had a bad experience. They show up on time and ready to work, the worker's are knowledgeable and honest. (They charge a 1 hour minimum fee and once I had something that took less than three minutes to fix. So the tech inspected all my faucets, toilets, drains, and anything else he could think of. He ended up fixing about 6 other minor things, most of which didn't require parts (so it's not like he was upsizing me). These people do great work and can be trusted to give you good advice. I have only had one case where a problem came back after a repair and they came out and fixed it for free.
