I would definitely recommend these guys! They are prompt, courteous, and know what they are doing. In about 20 minutes, they fixed a leak under a bathroom sink that my husband worked on for 3 days! Very reasonable too.

Terrible customer service and extremely rude! I have a water Maine break and requested for someone to come out and provide an estimate (I am already paying $59 per estimate so it's not free) and the lady on the phone was very rude and said """"it would be a waste of time for the to go and compete with 2 other companies """"... such an ignorant comment! Obvious customers don't come first.

First time using Chuck Henderson's Plumbing was in December, right on top of Christmas. Busy time of the year but he got to me as soon as he could. The leak was about 3' from the meter. He dug up the ground and replaced what was needed. He certainly knew what he was doing and the job was completed quickly and was reasonably priced....especially for servicing the situation 12/23/19. While he was there finishing up and checking everything he noticed that the Hernando Co. side of the meter was leaking. He called the county and they came out to repair that leak the same day he was there....and he waited for them to get there. Nice to know that someone thinks outside the box and takes the time to make contact and to wait. Good job, well done.... from my new...'go to' plumbing service!!! I have used them again since then and will continue to do so, when their services are needed. Jamie was super on the phone getting everything set up in a timely fashion. So...to the office and those in the field....THANKS! Hopefully I won't need to call again...but if I do, I know who to call! ;)

We have several rental houses in the area and these guys actually show up and do good work! Their prices seem fair and we call them for all our plumbing issues.

We hired them to replace our hot water tank and all our old poly supply lines. They replaced our 3500 watt tank with a 4500 watt tank and did not do anything to the existing 20 amp breaker and wire. Also they did not install a drip pan. Also in the process of installing the new piping they crushed our HVAC main return duct. Also they ran the new lines in a unusual ,quick and dirty manner. Very unprofessional to say the least. P.S, Also they did not get a required permit .

This is the second time I have used this company for my plumbing needs. Very reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and courteous. Tim did an outstanding job fixing my water leak and cleaning up when he was done. I highly recommend this company.
