Probably the worst plumbing service. They did not show up for the appointment to replace my hot water water unit. Called to ask where they were, they were rude and claimed the appointment was never confirmed. It absolutely confirmed. I would not recommend this company.

Above all else, DO NOT USE CHRISTOPHER PLUMBING !! This company does NOT stand behind any business deals. They REFUSE to speak with you and keep passing you off to someone else who, surprise of all surprises, never speaks with you and passes you off again. This has been going on for months and we have NEVER been able to speak to someone. This is after incorrect size of toilet was installed. Definitely NOT a reliable company to deal with.

My dad's hot water heater went out. He called three different plumbers - the first to couldn't come out for days inn work extremely over priced. The third phone call was to Christophers plumbing. They were able to come out the next day. The servicemen, James, was very personable, knowledgeable, and an overall good guy. Dad received the bill and it was way lower than the other 2 companies. We have used Christopher's in the past and will use them again. Highly recommend!

BUSINESS MUST BE TOO GOOD - DON'T NEED ANY MORE CUSTOMERS. I had an initial experience with Christopher's that was good. A second was OK, although it required a follow-up visit. My third attempt to have an active leak addressed was totally unsuccessful. I spoke with three separate individuals over two days and, each time, was promised a call back that day with an appointment time. That was over two weeks ago - still waiting for that call. Found a plumber who wanted the business.

I called last Monday morning to see if Christopher's Plumbing could service 3 high end faucets and David who answered the phone said he could work me into their schedule either for the next day which was Tuesday between 1-3p or Thursday between 1-3p with their plumber Rick. David made a point to tell me that he would definitely call me back later on Monday to confirm that Rick would be coming on Tuesday because he knows how important my time is and he didn't want me just waiting around. I did not get a call back on Monday so I called Tuesday morning and spoke to David. He again said he would call me back in just a bit to see if Rick would be coming that afternoon between 1-3p. I never heard anything back from David and Rick did not show up. Come around Thursday I still never got a call back from David and still did not have anyone show up to complete my repairs. Unfortunately these days the art of customer service has really taken a nose dive but for someone to make a point that they are going to call you back because they know how precious your time is and then not call back is shameful! I have seen other terrible reviews and I should have trusted my gut instinct. Terrible customer service for being a family owned company for so many years...maybe the owners are retiring and the kids are taking over and unfortunately they have never been taught the proper way to have good customer service. My recommendation, don't use these guys!

Absolutely terrible. Don't carry around any of the neelcessary equipment. The owner is incredibly rude. The plumbers are incredible assholes. And they don't do shit. This is the worst plumbing service I've ever encountered. Never use these pathetic excuses for plumbers for anything. They couldn't even help you if they wanted to.

We had an emergency when our sink sprang a leak. We called at 6:30 in the morning, and they answered. They managed to come out by 11 today. They not only fixed our bathroom sinks, they put in a new kitchen faucet at our request. The quote for time and rate was accurate and reasonable. We are pleased!

I bought a higher-end freestanding tub (BainUltra) from Christopher's Bath & Kitchen. They said their Plumbing company would install it. When I went to Bob the Manager to get a quote, he said he didn't want the job. Now I had a tub with non one to install it. Chris stepped in and made Bob do it.

I was installing all the underfloor plumbing so that I could get the rough-in inspections done before the tub showed up. Christopher's could not tell be what the interfaces were for the tub they sold so I had to wait for the tub to come in to measure the interfaces. The tub was 3 weeks late coming in so the project was pushed into the holidays. I had to keep contacting Christopher's to see what was going on....very poor customer service and communications.

When the plumbers showed up with the tub to install it, they thought they had a 3 piece tub (freestanding tub with a 2-piece skirt) so they would have access underneath after it was set. They were completely unprepared and it took 3 guys 3 hours to install the tub. Bob did not call up to apologize....he called up after the job was done and asked for more money because it was a ""hard"" install. I explained to him that the hard install was because they had no idea what they were installing or what they were doing. The fixed-price stayed the same. I never received any follow-up call from Christopher's asking how things went.

Since then, I have steered a number of friends and contacts away from Christopher's...more than $1M in potential Bathroom and Kitchen business in Castle Pines, Pradera, Stonegate and The Pinery. People's referrals matter and my friends trust that this company is not even worth the quote. Stay away and you'll be happier.

After five months of getting no solid answers from our designer Heather, we have had to take our kitchen remodel somewhere else! We could see how she struggled with design and measuring.she repeatly stated how much work it was going to take to do plans and she had to charge us, which was fine! She did not seem to know what she was doing therefore putting us off, when all she needed to do is communicate. That never happened! When I finally called to complain I was given excuses for her unprofessional behavior! Clearly this company doesn't have any regard for there customers. The lack of professionlism in this company is unbelievable.

I bought a $8,000 bathtub from this company and when it was delivered, I called to schedule an installation hoping that the company would support all aspects of deployment, as the expert on all the features the tub came equipped with. After all, they have ""plumbing"" in the title. Bob picked up the phone and said precisely this: ""I am not interested in installing your bathtub"". I inquired about a reason, primarily thinking that maybe my bathroom, that is currently being remodeled, doesn't have something required for the install. After much unexplained and unsubstantiated push back, Bob asked condescendingly whether my construction crew was certified and all permits were present. I responded that that is the case and asked whether, with this information provided, he would do the install. Bob responded that that does not guarantee that he will perform the install, since he is the owner of the business and can do as he pleases. Overall, his attitude was hugely disrespectful, arrogant and dismissing, all the way assuming, for some reason, that my construction project was done by amateurs that would mess up the plumbing and have no proper documentation, which was absolutely not the case. The project manager sent Bob all the info, but by then I was so astonished that a business owner would treat his customer with such contempt and lack of professionalism, that I decided that it's not a company I ever want to do business with. I wish I bought from a different company that actually cared about what happens after the sale. If you decide to look at them, my advise, instead of talking to the nice helpful ladies in the showroom, first meet Bob and pre-negotiate all the basics or better yet, take your business elsewhere.
