Marks a wonderful contractor if you're spending $8000 on a brand-new furnace but once you have it for five years and it won't put heat out he will promise you And promise you that he will come to your house and he never shows up you can call and speak to his wife you can call and speak to his daughter and promise they will call you back and they never will . so he will promise he'll be there in an early afternoon and you left your house unlocked for him and you call back for a second time you speak to him he can't come he's just home he's too exhausted thank you Mark we have no heat. and it's going to be 10 below zero. He told me a week ago he's going to get some information from FW Webb and will be back and he never showed up. He now tells me that somebody else can figure it out . The best part of it is a week ago when I told him it was the thermostat that needed to be faxed out it's out will get to it and then he drives right by my house and doesn't stop I highly do not recommend Mark Christie thank you so much Mark
