Bad customer service from the manager. Another company came to my house to check the AC unit and they told me is not working and reach out multiple time and no answer

Contacted Christianson heating to repair my Furnace. Technician arrived and in 10 min stated burners were out and needed a new furnace. I asked for what the cost of repairs would be for what was broken, and stated I could get a quote either by that Friday or at latest by Monday. He provided me a quote to replace though before he left for $ 6500. All of that took 30 min to not have a cost to repair for parts or labor and my Furnace still not working.
I had Lockey heating inspect my Furnace and found all parts were working. Unlike Christianson tech stated. Also found that my circut break in my panel was shorting. A 9.00 part. And quoted me 5100.00 for a new furnace heat pump. When I contacted Christianson office. Supervisor would not return my call, and office staff could not help me with the terrible service that was provided. Don't use this company. Technicians are inexperienced and don't know there trade, and company does not care to take care of there customers.
