The only reason we used them is due to our builder warranty (which isn't so good either) I sent pics of the water heater tag to ensure they had the correct one on hand as they requested and they never responded. The day before the appointment I called to confirm they received it and would have it on hand which they confirmed. They show up and install a 40 Gal instead of 50 gal then tell me they will have to change it out next week. So i call immediately after to schedule the soonest possible and after 3 transfers Ember tells me it will take a week. I tell her that doesn't seem right since it's not my fault they messed up, I still had to pay them on time. She rudely tells me there's nothing she can do. They should do more, even if that means extended hours when it's their fault. No urgency or concern on their part. Once this warranty is up I definitely will shop around.

This company has completely failed! Called for a plumbing emergency as my house is still under warranty for work they did. All toilets backed up. They promised to get someone out here tonight only to have them call me 2 hrs later @10:40 PM to tell me they weren't coming til the morning! They had no other solutions. Asked if another plumber came to fix the problem if they would reimburse my expense obviously that was a NO. Interesting how other plumbers would not have had issues coming tonight. Another great contractor used by DR Horton! Hopefully they show up tomorrow.

All these guys care about is taking your money and doing a half ass job that they will make you clean up after them. Subpar customer service at best. If you wanna get something addressed, go with a different plumber.

This company is a complete joke! We have a new home that they did the plumbing and ac work in and because they don't think anything is wrong over the phone and won't come out. We have even scheduled appointments where they don't show and I have to call and ask why. they have done this to us twice already. I had to get the warranty department from D.R. Horton involved to resolve the issue. It's still not resolved and ac doesn't work efficiently. Gil the Service manager doesn't care about customer service and told us to just turn it down to 68 and pay the higher electric bill. What kind of solution is that? Just do your job and come fix it.

They installed defective plumbing lines in my house when it was built. They didn't make the plumbing lines. Here is the the problem. They know the product is defective and failed to inform customers. I had two leaks and had them repaired before I found out from another company (Quarter Moon) that they were defective I called Christianson on my 3rd leak to have them fix and was told because I had another company make a repair my warranty was void. Trash company. Hope they realize this is just the beginning.

Well one of their truck cut across two solid white lines in an intersection to make a left turn hitting my front bumper and kept driving Ak81858 called to company and they couldn't careless.

I had our air conditioning system replaced two days ago by Christianson Plumbing & Air Conditioning. They worked with the builder in 2006 and installed the original unit. After this past record setting summer it was time. The technician they sent was thorough and we agreed it was time for a new system. The folks at the office were easy to work with and the replacement technicians, Jordan and Jose were efficient and professional. They took their time and did what I thought was a very good job. They put down a floor covering and cleaned up after themselves inside and out. The price was fair and there were no surprises.
It was a good experience and I will continue to use Christiansen as long as they continue to perform in the same fashion.

This is to amend my previous review. The original tech was actually correct that there was a cracked pan. The problem was that he did not tell me that there are two pans, one internal and one external. I could only see the external one which had no crack. A year later, another tech from Christianson opened up my air handler and showed me that the internal pan had a definite crack. I was still in shock at the cost Christianson proposed to replace the entire air handler unit. The cost was higher than quotes that I got from other AC repair companies. I ended up paying less for a significantly upgraded one from Air Clinic. But, I plan on retaining my twice yearly maintenance plan with Christianson.

Lady answering phone calls for the plumbing side is a bit rude. I am thankful that she answered at mid night though on their Emergency Line. But when I called the next day asking for an ETA she was somewhat rude. I'm sorry if you hate your job. Then when the plumber's showed up. They made an unnecessary cut underneath the Kitchen Sink. I say unnecessary because the plumber had just told me that he was not going to be able to make the repair from this side other wall and that he would have to cut the other side. His actions were pointless. And he did not clean up the mess he created.

I called the office because my heat pump was not working as I thought it should. Paul M. Was the specialist who came out to check it out. He was excellent. He showed me how to operate the thermostat, and then went above and beyond to check everything out on my HVAC. He found that the a new capacitor was needed after checking it out and replaced it. He also found that the blower was not working. They did not have it in stock, but he checked and found that they had it inside a unit at the warehouse and drove out to remove it and then replace it at my house. A cold front was coming in and I needed the HVAC to work rather than wait for a new part to come in. Because I got the unit with my new house, it was all still under warrantee and it cost me nothing. He took a personal interest in my needs and helped me out. e need more of that in marketplace. I was completely pleased with the considerate service.
