Company Overview
The year 1925 marked the founding of Christian Sheet Metal by Uban Christians. At first, the company specialized in manufacturing and heating systems for homes. Post-World War II, the company shifted its focus to the commercial and industrial arena. James Christians, son of the founder, took over the management of the company during this transition.
Einer Dahl bought the company in 1972 and changed its name to Christians Corporation. Mr. Dahl already owned a significant HVAC business in Van Meter, Iowa, and aimed to grow into Northwest Iowa.
