I need a clogged sink cleared. I called them and asked if they could do it either today or tomorrow. The woman that answers the phone says, they can do tonight if we don't mind late, or tomorrow. I say tomorrow is fine. Then she asked me if they had ever done work for me before. I said I didn't think so, but I wasn't sure. We have over 30 locations that our office manages, from Modesto to Sacramento, and I am the office manager for this business. I told her I may or may not have used them before I wasn't sure. She actually tells me ""If you're not one of our regular customers, you will have to wait two weeks, new customers, have to wait two weeks because we're short on plumbers"". That is a verbatim quote!! But seconds before she could get someone to the location that evening??!! I immediately asked her ""How do you ever get new customers then?! Most plumbing issues can't wait two weeks! If I have to wait two weeks then I will call someone else and have someone else do it!!"" I told her what a terrible way to run a business that was, said goodbye and hung up. I would definitely not recommend them.

Jrs Plumbing came to change a toilet and a really old gasket on a 30 year old home of ours; Courteous, professional and just very sweet young men that worked hard at their job. They were affordable and had a way with our little 7 year old who kept getting in their way. We will definitely be calling them back!

The plumber came on short notice. He worked hard to solve the block main drain problem. He solved it. He did not charge as much as another plumber quoted. He has come twice over the years.
