We have expanded a plumbing service to address any plumbing issue you may experience. Ranging from faucet installations to entire sewer line replacements, our team can manage any plumbing issue you may need assistance with. And of course, since many plumbing issues are urgent matters, we deliver emergency service.
In 2024, we updated our brand with a modern logo (and even a brand mascot!) but one thing remains unchanged - our dedication to our customers to provide honest, straightforward advice for your HVAC and plumbing systems and expert technicians who are continuously trained to assist any problem you face with your heating, cooling, or plumbing systems.
Marco Giancroce, the owner has three decades of expertise in heating and cooling. A local resident of the Delaware Valley, he started MoreVent Heating & Cooling in 1998. As his company expanded, he searched for potential partners who might want to sell their companies. He purchased Christian Heating & Cooling from the prior management and further developed that business.
His focus on the best customer service practices remains steadfast. He fostered a culture that puts customers at the forefront. Honest, straightforward advice and a commitment to integrity are the guiding principles that Marco has instilled in his growing team.

Recommended Customer Reviews
We have a 4-zone heater, and one zone stopped working the week of Christmas. My husband set up an appointment online, and we had a gentleman come to service the heater the next day as scheduled. He spent very little time trying to diagnose the issue, but rather quickly let us know that our boiler needed to be replaced. He told us we had an airlock. Anyone with a boiler unit knows that if you have an airlock, you generally need to bleed the pipes. He did not seem interested in doing any work but rather scheduled a salesman to come out that night to give us a quote on a new unit. We paid the bill, thanked him, and proceeded to cancel the salesman after he left. When I cancelled the appointment, the scheduler asked if I wanted to reschedule -- I told him no, we were really uncomfortable with the serviceman's level of knowledge, so we decided to go with another company. He asked if we would like them to send someone else out -- we said no thank you (I am sure they would have told the second guy to give us the same information as the first). We had a local company come out a few days later -- the owner of the local company came out, bled the pipes, and our heater is running very well. When we told him that it had been recommended that we purchase a new boiler, he reassured us that we have at least a few more years with the old one. Needless to say, we have a new company to service our heater and won't be calling Christian again.
You had your chance to be responsive the two times it took you days to fix our heating. The second time, the heat didn't work because your technician didn't reconnect the heater. The temperature in our house was 45 degrees and we had to wait two days for you to fix your mistake.
We have been without heat for a week after the service call. The part arrived four days ago but they only answer ""no heat"" calls on weekends - WE are NO HEAT and foolishly bought a priority plan for this eventuality. The house is down to 58 degrees and I have guests who are freezing. There is no concern. Yes, we are VERY sorry to have used this company and will try to get a refund on the priority plan. Shame on us for not doing the research of reviews on this company.
Positive: the technicians are skilled, kind, respectful and hard working. Nothing but good things to report with them.
So we had a service contract with them... the heat went out last Tuesday. They got the part last Thursday but wouldn't install it for four days despite knowing that our 90 year old aunt lives in our home. Could not have cared less. We are quite sure people with emergencies got priority service because we had the contract and they couldn't get top dollar out of us.
Will definitely NOT use them again!
Not honest Schedule regular maintenance. Total rip off. Said our AC needs $700 repair to make it last through the summer. Second option said it's in good shape just needs cleaning which Christian charged for but didn't do.
We purchased a home in New Hope, PA in July 2023. The central A/C unit had just been installed by Christian. In August 2023 the A/Cunit stopped working. We had them come out to check out the system. They admitted that they had not put in a sufficient amount of Freon in the unit when installed. They fixed the problem and talked us into a one year maintenance program. A week ago we called them over to do a pre-winter maintenance on the furnace. Keep in mind that up until this point we had no problem with the furnace. The technician did a lot of banging of the pipes. He told my husband that the furnace was on its last legs. Wouldn't you know, the furnace conked out that very evening. No heat whatsoever. The next morning another Christian technician came out to get the heat back up only to have the furnace conk out again hours later. We believe they compromised our furnace to the point that we had to replace it, which we've since done, by another company. The other company pointed out so many black flag items that Christian overlooked.
Run away from this company.
Absolutely a ripoff, do not use, tech James showed up with breath that reeked of cigarette and alcohol, spent 30 minutes and instead of fixing the problem wrote me an estimate for $3000 in repairs and called the sales department to sell me a new unit because mine was too old. Had a different person look at it and it was running in less than 5 minutes. Called the service manager Kevin and the coward ducked my calls three times. If I could leave no stars I would, complete fraudulent service and thieves robbing seniors. Stay away.
Very disappointed; would not do business with them again. Installation team left dirty, greasy hand prints all over the walls and ceiling, and broke our attic access ladder. They screwed the attic shut and hustled out like kids trying to get away with something, then fobbed us off to ""Tom"" (a third party) to fix. ""Tom"" gave us the runaround for April til July - it was always ""next week"" that it would be fixed. We contacted our salesman about the problem, who replied ""I'll take care of it."" No contact or follow-up for a week since. Insultingly bad service.
I hired Christian to due a check up on our 6 year old system. the cost was $119 which was a total waste. All tests on my system showed all itemss were fiine and i had no problem. One week later, my main blower was blown out. TOTAL WASTE OF $119.
Expensive story with Christian AC Company.
4/29 had Christian AC do pre-season checkup on house system. Tech showed me rusty frame on cooling coils, where leaks can occur, noted system is 14 years old & thus at its end of life. Tests showed it worked fine.
6/2 outside peaks at 93 deg. Turned AC on, 1st time since Christian AC rep was here. Outside compressor unit won't work. Just getting warm air. Called Christian AC. A rep came & said no coolant was in system, recommended replacing whole system due to age & rusty coils that are probably source of lea & $5K to replace; charged $99 fee to come out. Christian AC salesman came few days later & tried the ""special discounts good only today"" trick. Told him we're shopping & ""give us your best price you'll support"".
Called in Scott AC. OWNER came 6/6 & found the coolant filling/testing valves outside just hand-tightened. Hearing our story, he suspected the Christian rep didn't properly close those valves. He said the cooling coil frame gets rusty 6 months into use, & our 14 year old system should last 15-20 years. He recommended a pressure test.
Friday 6/9 Scott AC rep pressurized system with nitrogen + some coolant so a leak detector could sniff where any leak occurred.
Monday 6/12 Scott AC rep found ZERO PRESSURE LOSS!!! System holding over 300 psi.
Thursday 6/15 Scott AC rep found pressure STILL HOLDING. He vacuumed out system & filled system with coolant. Time & materials cost $1,200.
Christian REFUSES to refund charges for their INCOMPETENT rep (I think I'm being kind)
Bottom line: USE CHRISTIAN AC AT YOUR IWN RISK!!!!
