Our founder, Marco Giancroce has over 30 years of HVAC experience. A community member of the Delaware Valley area, he established MoreVent Heating & Cooling in 1998. As his business grew, he searched for interested partners who might want to sell their operations. He acquired Christian Heating & Cooling from the prior management and expanded that company.
His commitment to the best customer service practices never changed. He fostered a work environment that places the customer first. Honest, straightforward advice and a dedication to ethical practices are the guiding principles that Marco has embedded in his expanding workforce.

Thomas P.Where did all the bad reviews go consumers need to know about this company and I wish I knew about yelp business reviews sooner. This company sent a tech to check out my poorly running heat pump. Well after a two minute diagnostics by ear not tools/meters, it was a bad electronic capacitor of some sort. Three hundred plus dollars later in under 30 minutes of work I was raked over the coals for 12 parts the easily pulls out and plugs back in. Hmmm service charge and 12 buck part. Wow I need to get this business!
Folks after any tech who reviews your HVAC system and tell you what the problem along with how much it cost to replace that part. Please ask for that part number review that part online and argue the price gouging. This company would not even call me back (part manager or office manager) so I could discuss that part price gouging.
A very expensive lesson learned from a company who says some BS about being Christian please read the next paragraph from their company profile!
The company is named Christian because the company was dedicated to the Lord. After all the years of the Lord providing for him, Dave wanted to give back to the Lord in some way. As an owner, Dave is dedicated to helping those less fortunate and extending a helping hand to ones in need.
Now that is a BS when you read that above crap! Oh I wonder what happened to all your bad reviews on yelp! There had to be at least twenty bad reviews yesterday!
Beware of these clowns!
We've used Christian Heating and Air Conditioning several times in the past few years for different issues both heating and air conditioning. Their staff is highly professional, prompt and honest. Their prices are very competitive and we've just been very satisfied with their service.
Rude Service from the Service Tech and Manager. The company refuse to come and correct a mistake the service tech made, without paying additional fees. (This is with a service contract). There primary concern is to sell you a new unit at top dollar. I wish I would have read the review first.
Never Again.

I have used Christian Heating for many years and today I was once again happy that I called them. They were on time, courteous, and worked until the problem was solved.
I have only the best things to say about Christian technicians.
They sent a man out late at night, 11 pm - midnight. This was very nice however the man was not as experienced as the man that had to be sent out the next morning to find out what was wrong with my central AC unit, something the first man could not determine. The morning man determined that my AC unit was not at fault. The problem lied with my electrical panel and circuit breaker - not supplying the proper total voltage. He told me that the electrical supply is what is supposed to be checked first, something the night man never looked at. The unit ran a short while and started to show the same symptoms again - only after a day or so and progressively got worse. I called the office and told them the same problem was acting up again but they could not send anyone out for at least 24 hrs. I needed the AC to work A.S.A.P. so I called another company who came out right away, charging a less expensive service charge and finding that the last repair man left loose connections that were causing the problem-I watched and saw my AC unit start up just from being bumped again. I complained to Christian but all they did was to encourage me to leave an explanation on their web site and download a coupon that would apply to a future discount. All in all I wasted over $200 with Christian and wonder how much another call would cost for them to come out and secure the connections they left loose! I will rely on that new company from now on!
I have been a customer with Christian Heating & Air for over 10 years. Over the last 2 years their customer service has gone down hill. When we had a new unit installed their service guy wired it incorrectly and water leaked out onto my basement rug and when I regquested that the damaged rug be taken care of no one wanted to know me. And when I asked them to change the time of season that I get my tune ups my request was ignored. In my opinion I think they are just getting too big and have gotten away from the personal customer service that they used to provide. THey have alot of trucks out there and alot of mouths to feed now. My contract with them comes up on January and for the first time in over 10 years I am looking elsewhere.
I used Christian Heating and Air Conditioning on July 12, 2012, and I do hire people who appear honest, but what a disappointment, NOT only they are overpriced, they are completely dishonest and VERY RUDE. NOT customer service oriented at all.
Service guy came and did not even check the complete system to see what is wrong with the airconditioner, turned the switch on (which unfortunately was at off position)
charged me $18 dollars to just turn the switch on besides the service call, did not
check if the fan is working and left. We realized the airconditioning unit actually is not working only blower inside the house is working, we were told that we will be charged for another service call beacuse fan not working is different problem then the main switch on and off. Not only that Charlie the service technician had taken the thermostat off and then when he was putting the cover back on, one of the screw got loose and he asked would i mind if he puts the thermostat back about an inch away from its original position, I told him no i dont mind and to my surprise, he charged $54 dollars for that, I was really upset called the office and they were VERY RUDE, and said we dont work for free, had Charlie been upfront about the charges, I would have never agreed to it, as my husband is pretty handy, if he could change the thermostat, he can definitely put two screws, if the screw on the theromstat had become loose,
When I told the office that they just lost a customer because of their deceptive practice, they said they dont care.
CUSTOMERs BEWARE of their DECEPTIVE practices, dishonesty, and DO NOT sign anything until you check all charges carefully.
Lew B.We've been with Christian for two years; took bids to re-do our dying AC system, and theirs made the most sense and came in at the lowest price. We'd been with Peters before that, for about 15 years, but their prices kept going up, and they'd lost the bids on this project and the new furnace we had put in before...and we just thought, if they're higher on the installs, aren't they higher on service? Turned out they were, so we switched to Christian.
The techs -- then and since then -- have been courteous, forthcoming, and clean up everything. Really like working with these guys.
I still find it amazing that a company would think that people would not get a second opinion when they tell someone they must replace there unit right away.
Well another contractor with a family name used in there company name, came out and
fixed the unit and showed me that what they said was a lie. Christian, I don't think so
I am generally suspicious of companies that claim to operate under a religious philosophy, and my experience with Christian supports that theory.
They are overpriced, dishonest, and more interested in protecting their suppliers than in keeping customers. They are task oriented, not customer oriented.
They misguided us on a huge maintenance problem that could have been covered by our warranty had they told us in time. A few calls to competitors has made me realize that they are known for these shenanigans and for their OUTRAGEOUS prices.
They lost a 6-year customer and did so with a shrug. They have no interest in service and their ""word of the Lord"" language is just laughable considering their predatory business practices.
Ick.
