Marco Giancroce, the owner has more than 30 years of expertise in heating and cooling. A local resident of the Delaware Valley area, he started his first company, MoreVent in 1998. As his operations increased, he sought potential partners who were interested in selling their business. He purchased Christian Heating & Cooling from the prior management and further developed that operation.
His focus on the utmost standards of customer service never changed. He built a work environment that puts customers at the forefront. Reliable recommendations and a dedication to ethical practices are the guiding principles that Marco has imparted in his expanding workforce.

Recommended Customer Reviews
Please note - this is the first negative review I have written - EVER.
We live in Upper Bucks and had a no heat situation on a Sunday. We called the answering service to schedule a service call. We provided all of our information and we soon got a call back and spoke with a technician. They gave us a range of morning times for our appointment the next day (Monday) and indicated we would get a call to fine-tune the arrival time of our technician.
On Monday, after staying home in a cold house for half a day with no phone call or technician showing up, we finally called the office. We were told that we are outside of their service area. The receptionist was rude and unconcerned with our predicament or the possibility that the scheduling of our service call might have been mis-handled or even mis-communicated.
The 'hooray for us - the hell with you' treatment we received is contrary their advertising and logo. We have wasted half a day of work and we still have a cold house are no closer to having our heat fixed.
Please consider our experience if considering this company for any work.
Just a strong word of warning to anyone considering using Christian Heating & Air Conditioning. Do not let their name fool you, as they are one of the most deceitful companies I have done business with in Bucks County. I have been a customer for over 12 years, and trusted them to have a replacement heat pump installed by them.
Shortly after the installation, I received a letter from the company informing me that the installation technician was a convicted felon and that I should not let him back into my home. I was surprised that they did not do any background checks on their new employees, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called them again last month to repair a low voltage wiring short that blew the control fuse, leaving me with no heat when temperatures outside were in single digits after the New Year.
The technician arrived and replaced the 25-cent fuse, but was unable to locate the wire short causing the fuse to blow. I was charged $275. but 13 minutes after he left, not surprisingly the fuse blew and again I was without any heat. I immediately called back the dispatcher and was told I would get a call right back. After waiting 45 minutes, I again called the dispatcher who said, ""Really? You never received a call back? I will try again."" Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a manager who told me it was too cold to come back out that evening, and I would need to schedule a return call in the morning. I guess it wasn't too cold for me to be without heat.
Almost 24 hours after the original call, the same technician returned the next night and apologized for not properly diagnosing the low voltage short the previous day, and quickly found a rub-through on the insulation of a small wire in the outdoor unit. I was charged an additional $284, a total of $559. for a 25-cent fuse and some tape wrapped around the wire that wore through the insulation due to vibration from the original faulty installation.
When I discussed with the technician regarding the previous day's payment to ""diagnose and repair a low-voltage short,"" I was told he was just doing as instructed and I would need to speak with Bruce the following morning. When I called the office, I was put on hold and asked questions several times by the receptionist, but Bruce would not get on the phone with me. I was told that he would ""look into it and get back to me."" Needless to say, after many weeks I am still waiting for that return call.
If this is how loyal, long-term customers are treated by Christian Heating & Air Conditioning, I think the term ""Customer Service"" is no longer present in this company's priorities, and has been replaced by their dishonest business practices.
This companies pricing is all over the place. Had them out to look at a humidifier. After 1/2 hour of work the tech say's all is OK just a broken wire. Three hours later it stopped working so out came another tech. He told me I needed a new controller. This Aprilair system is only 2 years old so controller is under warranty. Christian charge me $275.00 to replace the part and do paperwork for the warranty plus the $175.00 for the tech that did not fix anything in the first place. So now I have payed $450.00 to replace a $100.00 part that is under warranty. Does that seem a bit much to you? It does to me. This controller had 4 wires to hook up. I am very disappointed with their service.
Very positive experience from the first call to quote to installation.
The gentlemen that came out to do the installation were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions.
Ruvim and his associates were professional, curteous and very efficient. He showed me all the new equipment they installed and how to use the new thermostat. They cleaned up when finished. I definitely wil recommend Ruvim and Christisn hvac.
A month ago Christian diagnosed my AC unit needing a valve replacement. The unit went back on, then off again. This time they said it was the motor: if covered by warranty, it would be $560, if not, then $2100. They said they called the mfg and the 8 year motor was no longer covered by the 10 year warranty bcz I was the second owner and the warranty had been improperly filed. The cost for replacement would be $1900. So, I called another contractor who said the motor WAS under warranty and replaced the motor the same day for $150.
Christian is a sleazy lying contractor who takes advantage of your situation and overcharges. Do NOT use this contractor.
Recently had them out for an estimate. I wanted a separate Mitsubishi A/C Heat Pump system installed on the 2nd floor. Specialist Mark Drucker arrived for the estimate. Very impressed, he was quite knowledgeable & professional. He spent over two hours explaining, measuring and writing a very detailed estimate. I explained that he was my first estimate and to give me his best price. He hit me with a full retail price and refused to discount or negotiate. He seemed offended that I would even ask for a lower price, didn't want to earn my business.
Contacted All Seasons HVAC, another Diamond Preferred local dealer. What a difference. Very professional with great reviews and they wanted to earn my business. Price was $1500 cheaper and they doubled the warranty. No expensive heater, A/C tuneups like Christian. Plus they lent me and installed a portable A/C unit for my bedroom to get me through a 3 day heatwave. Now that's what I call customer service.
Conclusion: Christian HVAC is an excellent company with many satisfied customers. Expect to pay top dollar with no discounts, they want to empty your wallet. You have a choice. Many local businesses are just as good with much better pricing. Stay away from Horizon who advertises heavily, they are thieves.
Do not use this company! They will rip you off. Way overpriced for everything. They tried to steer me in the direction of having the AC unit leak tested for $184 ( the contracted price). After the leak test we would then most likely need a new coil which could cost up to $2,500. Basically a $3,000+ job.
Had another company out and for $300 had the unit leak tested( dye injected into system) and refrigerant added.
Scam artists!!!! DO NOT USE
Lin M.Overpriced! Please do your homework before using this company. They charged me for a service that was not done. Very disappointed.
Kristen G.I highly recommend Christian heating and air-conditioning. They have always done an excellent job of coming out to service our system. The technician comes out at the time they say they're going to come out and they do their service quickly and efficiently. The service techs are nice and have taken the time to explain our complicated thermostat to me.
One time the tech came out because the air conditioner was making a loud noise. The tech discovered a loose metal lid was rattling and secured it and did not charge me for the service call.
