We now offer a plumbing division to tackle any plumbing issue you may face. From simple faucet upgrades to entire sewer line replacements, our team can address any plumbing issue you may require help with. Additionally, since many plumbing issues are critical situations, we offer 24/7 emergency assistance.

Our founder, Marco Giancroce has three decades of experience in the HVAC industry. A local resident of the Delaware Valley area, he established his first company, MoreVent in 1998. As his company expanded, he sought interested partners who were considering selling their companies. He took over Christian Heating & Cooling from the prior management and continued to grow that business.

His commitment to the utmost standards of customer service is unwavering. He cultivated a team ethos that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Honest, straightforward advice and a dedication to ethical practices are the guiding principles that Marco has instilled in his growing team.

This was a huge disappointment. After having them come out to look at an ac unit issue, they broke a valve, snipped our line, dumped refrigerant, and wan t to charge me thousands to replace the unit....not reliable or trustworthy, saboteurs.

A joke. Had 3 different techs out to my house because my unit was short cycling and making a noise. Keep in mind that the unit was working 100% fine before it was serviced by them. 10 days later is when the issues started. The first 1 said it was just the name plate on my outside unit vibrating so he removed it and that was it. Cost $79. The 2nd guy said he ""tested"" everything and all was good despite me saying the motor sounded weird. Another $79. The noise and short cycling got much worse so I called on July 2nd and they said they had to push me to the following week. Well, woke up 4th of July and the system was not working at all and the temp was going to be in the 90's that day. 3rd guy came out on the 6th and within 30 seconds knew it was the motor and had no idea why the others guys didn't catch it. Of course they didn't have the part so it had to be ordered. He said 1-2 days. Well, I am on the 3rd day now and nothing. Every time I call to follow up I get the answering service who says they will give them the message. Guess they figured once they got me with the service contract they could just forget about me. It's been in the 90's all week and I have a dog and 2 small children. They completely hung my family and I out to dry. I will be moving on from them.

I overpaid for a mini split unit for my house, because of their positive reviews. They replaced a part in my heater ($1,400) that wasn't working. Problem was, they put the new part in the wrong heater ( I have 3 separate units) No problem. They corrected their error after I brought it to their attention. I mentioned I owned businesses that have maintenance contracts for their HVAC. They said they'd be happy to take those over, so I let the previous contracts expire. Christian still hasn't contacted me to start the the process. I left many messages over the last 2 months. They haven't returned my calls. Fingers crossed that I have no air conditioning problems while I find a more responsible company.

I am not sure if this company changed hands, but I strongly recommend that no one use them. I have a service contract. I had an appointment in March for someone to come and service my AC; no one came! They had a staff meeting. When I called to speak to someone and cancel my contract, they told me I would be charged $25.00 cancellation fee. They then said someone would call me...it never happened. I spoke with a person on Monday and she asked to give them another chance. Yesterday, a very YOUNG person came to my home to service my AC. He serviced my heater and hot water heater! He then called me to tell me I needed a new heater @$5,000. I just tried calling Christian to get my AC serviced. It was 5PM. I was transferred to a voice mail that said the mailbox was full! I have been a customer for over 20 years. I am finished with Christian. It is not the same place it used to be!

I used their monthly service plan for 2 tune ups per year. The first year, everything was fine, however in the 2nd year we sold our home in December. I notified them of the move and even referred them to our buyer. However, they continued to charge me every month; and every month I would call and explain that I moved and ask for an explanation. No one would call back and noone would give me an explanation. After the 3rd month of this, I canceled my card. At that point, they called me every week because of the payment failing. Finally, someone explained that even After the move, they charge a cancelation fee and any agreed upon discount is voided. If you used their tune up (during your membership), you owe the full freight and not the member price. Not a major deal, but the way they handled the customer service and the back end hidden fees, I will not use them again.

I had a new A/C installed by Christian Heating and Air in 2015. They were great, everything was fine. Just the other day DEC 2020, my fan motor on the outside unit went bad. I called Christian Heating and Air since they installed it and asked if the part was under warranty. They said yes it was but there would be a $109 service fee to diagnose the issue plus labor costs.

My wife met with the technician that morning and he quoted her $530.00!! Thinking this must be very labor intensive my wife agreed to the price.

Once I got home that night after work, I looked at the bill and wondered what caused them to charge me 5 or 6 hours of labor.

I left a message with Christian that night and they said they would call back the following day. I received a call back from Christian the next to review the bill. They said the technician was there for 1 1/2 hours. I asked how did I get charged $280 an hour for labor?? They said its a flat rate fee?? What's that mean??

They don't even offer an hourly rate. If it only took 10 minutes to fix, I'd still be charged the same flat rate fee. Fraud!

What a joke. Overcharging customers with the hidden flat rate fee. Charge per hour and give me half my money back so I don't have to leave a nasty review on every website. Stay away from hidden flat rate fee from this company.

Now on to my Carrier review for a fan motor that should last much longer than 5 years. P.O.S!

Had 2 fuel oil furnaces installed just over a year ago. Installation went fine, but both furnaces began leaking fuel oil. Christian's fuel oil supplier, was called in several times over the first year of the furnances' use, and leaks continued. Just past the 1-year mechanical warranty, had to have both cut-off pumps replaced and Christian has refused to cover the cost of the pump failures! Could understand if the pumps went back ""on their own"" after the 1-year warranty, but as their fuel oil supplier had been called out numerous times over the first year, it would seem that Christian, or their fuel oil supplier, should take ownership for the failed cut-off pumps. Total cost for 2 new pumps had been borne by myself!!!

Christian Heating & Air Conditioning misdiagnosed work that needed to be done and were paid for the service call but did not get the air conditioner working. They came back a second time still did not get the air conditioner working and now want to be paid for work that was never completed.

Nice company to do business with, pleasant and responsive and service people are very nice. However a bit expensive. Told me my blower fan was bad and it would cost $1152 to replace the motor. (Motor retail about $230). Replaced the motor two days later and discovered it was actually the Control board (Retail about $100). Put old motor back in and replaced control board. Cost was $1152, same price as motor replacement. Not sure what is going on as they did not separate out labor and parts. I am a bit disappointed in them, but my wife feels quite injured. But it is a new world out there and we old folks are not used to it I guess. But pleasant people to do business with just the same.

So the bottom line is: They changed my control board for $1152, and the board cost about $100, so I figure the labor cost at about $1000 for the job. I'm old, but I can still do some math. It's not so much the money, it's the non Christian ethics.

I wrote a review in February of 2010 that was very critical of the post installation service. Dave P. reached out and asked me to contact a business manager as he could not locate me in Christian's records. The installations were in 2014 and the leak issue that left with us with a PECO red tag and no quick response was in 2016. I ceased doing business with Christian in 2016. I am posting this to clarify that this issue was from 2016 and may not reflect where the company is now!
