I really like these guys , The do good clean work and are very reasonable. In a big city like Jacksonville it is hard to find plumbers who care and have family values . They genuinely care for your home and well being . Try them I bet you will like them

I'd called Monday afternoon before they were closing to get their earliest available appointment to replace a leaking, corroded valve. Their office receptionist, Dayna, was pleasant that day and was able to schedule me in for the upcoming Wednesday and gave me a window. It's Wednesday morning, about 10am and I'm beginning to wonder why I haven't heard anything yet. So, I give them a call. She answers the phone and we had a scratchy connection so I politely asked her to repeat what she'd said and then my line was cut. I don't know if she hung up or it just disconnected. So, I waited ten minutes and called back. No answer so I left a voicemail with a call back number and my name and what my issue was. It's been about an hour now, I've called two more times and my calls aren't being answered so now I've foolishly rejected other appointments (I was on standby for any cancellations) to have been ignored by their office and to have been stood up by the person they would've sent to help me. So, if you're seeking reliability - perhaps take your business elsewhere. I can't speak on their quality of work or the pricing but they seemed to be the more affordable ones ($100/hour). They do get an additional star because my FIRST impression was great, it's just the part that really mattered was left unfulfilled.

I been renter for about 3 yesrs now called my landlord the 3rd month and they sent this company to fix my ac John was super rude and very unprofessional. 2 years later its starts acting up again the first week john came back with the same old chip on his shoulders to fix it again 6 days later it starts freezing up again he comes back again fixes it again 7 days they being 2 different people who were super nice later but now the breaker for the unit outside trips and any time I try to turn it sounds like it's about to catch fire. I asked if they could bring somebody knew that isn't with this company To fix they see but they said that Have a contract with them say guess I'm screwed yay me.....
