David W.I'm sorry, I have not posted a post like this before, but as a person who has family and friends who live with handicaps, what I saw tonight was disgusting. There were a ton of open parking spots... why did they have to take one of the two only handicap spots? It infuriates me when people think their convenience is above those who truly are in need.
