No no no! We had them come out but they don't make appointments, they seem to come and go as they see fit. Believe we were overcharged by $300 bucks) for a bathroom sink converted to vanity style. The hole they put in drywall was way too big for the job. We tried to get them to come out later to fix a broken toilet screw and got the run around so much it cost us $450 in delays (had to stay in hotel due to no toilet) due to his no show. Ended up going with Clark's and got it done right away! Go with Clark's!!!

This man sends out bills that are incorrect, doesn't honor the price he gives, won't answer the phone when called about it & is rude. I don't know what else to say. Very disappointed & wish I had better to report. Will not use again nor refer.

Very unprofessional. I work in a care center and my dishwasher is literally spewing water all over the wall and the floor. I called Christensen's. First off he answers with a ""hello"", I am confused, is this Christensen's? Yes it is. No ""what can I do for you"" or ""how can I help you"". I explain my situation. ""Well, I can't come out today or tomorrow and Thursday is Thanksgiving and no guarantees for Friday"". I have water spewing everywhere, it's an emergency and they do not want to help. I will never call them again. They just lost a good customer and I hope they lose more.

Just need to give a big shout out to this business! I was renting a home and the kids plugged up the toilets. Last day there to boot. Called the rental's favorite and they didn't even answer their phone (Clark's). Called Roro rooter and others no help. Called Christensen's they actually answered and said no promises, but I have a guy, Kevin in the area let's see. . 3 minutes later Kevin called was there in 30 min and was done in 30. Yeah!!

We called Bob Christensen's Plumbing in Tillamook when we had problems with our bathroom sink in Pacific City! We had tried everything...and Christensen's put us on their job list, but there were several people ahead of us! After several attempts to get them out to the house, 2 plumbers arrived on March 20 and returned on March 21 to finish the job! They were as frustrated as we were but determined to get us back up and running again! Very polite, very professional, We highly recommend them and their services! The bill was high, but we were not surprised because the plumbers were there for over 7 hours!

I hired Christensen's Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet and hook up drains to a new sink, using existing drain pipes. The final cost: $362, almost all of it for labor. As Bob Christensen later said, sarcastically, ""Next time, hire a handyman."" He sent out two plumbers for this very basic job because, as he later put it, he always sends out two, as per policy, for ""safety"" reasons. He failed to disclose this when I called and described the job. His bill was $402. After I called to ask why this routine job required two plumbers, he offered a 10 percent discount and made the handyman comment. I hired him because he advertises in our community newsletter and owns a house nearby. He could have been up front about the fact that this small job didn't require a plumber, let alone two, and that if I still wanted to hire him I'd have to pay for two plumbers. I trusted him as a neighbor, and I shouldn't have. So ... caveat emptor.

He saved the day. Came on Saturday morning to install a new hot water heater along with his helper Darrel, Quick service after a late call on Friday near closing time. Very friendly and reasonably priced for the extra service. This is my/our plumber from now on.l

Christensen's has always been knowledgeable and reliable for us. We've used him many times and would highly recommend him. We manage over 40 vacation rentals in Pacific City and he's our go-to plumber when we need it. The whole team is nice.

This idiot put us off for 3 weeks then on the day of the service we had scheduled, and kept our rental unit emptied for work to be done (simple, sink install), he blew us off completely, and was rude and nasty to boot. First he told us he would be there at noon, then at 4 that he would come later but would charge us overtime because of HIS schedule. Then when I contacted him again later, he said he would not come at all. I cannot believe a professional of any kind could treat their customers this way, but he swears he and all the other plumbers in Tillamook are buried so deep they can't even dignify an appointment made weeks ahead. This was after setting up another plumber two months ago who also blew us off. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OUTFIT!
