After gettin six bids, some of them surprisingly unprofessional, I chose this firm to install a new hot water heater before the 25 year old heater gave out. They showed when scheduled. They were prompt with their bid and very professional in installation. Unlike several firms they had no problem pulling permits snd getting the inspection.

We had some time sensitive work that needed to be done both before and after we moved into our home. Brad was super responsible and able to fit us in when we needed him. He came back several times too, because we needed things done in stages. Then, a few months after we moved in we had terrible phantom noises in our master bath that woke us up at night. Brad was able to find the problem immediately and repair it quickly, and fairly expensively. On top of that, Brad is a decent, pleasant, nice guy that I felt totally comfortable having in my home. Customer service is important to me and Brad delivers. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again for all my plumbing needs.

I called Christiansen Plumbing when my property manager was unresponsive and their plumber vendor told me it would be 3 days until they could come out to fix the problem. My toliet water was running and the shut off wasn't turning off. It was too old/rusted for me to chance forcing it, and the main line wouldn't turn off either. Brad called me back within 2 min and troubleshooted on the phone with me until we got the water to stop filling up the tank. I am so grateful he walked me through this so I don't have to worry about the water running all weekend until the landlords plumber shows up on Monday. Thank you!!

We learned we had a leak somewhere in our system after receiving an enormous water bill from the City. We got a tip about Christianson Plumbing and made an appointment to diagnose. Brad and Jake came exactly on time, even texted 20 minutes before arriving to be sure I was ready. I was positively impressed from the first. Friendly and professional, from the truck to the uniforms they give an impression of confidence. They took the time to diagnose that the main from the street had a leak and went over options from least expensive to replacement of the entire main pipe and associated hook ups. We chose to replace the main. They came on schedule and put down drop cloths to protect the interior of the house where needed and went to work. The job went as planned and right on the estimate. They even went the extra mile and helped with an unrelated issue that they found. I have no reservations in recommending Christianson Plumbing for whatever plumbing you need. Thank you Brad and Jake.

The price for a hybrid water heater install was significantly cheaper than the competition. Everyone else was limited with appointments and didn't seem flexible at all. They wanted my business and did a good job communicating when they would be here and what they were doing. Will use them again.

I have used their services twice now, and am very pleased with the work. Last service call was to replace two toilets. They completed the job in a very professional and courteous manner, taking extra care to leave everything clean and neat. They also flushed the toilets multiple times to check for leaks, and of course there are none. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

There were two plumbers that came out to give me an estimate and both were courteous and professional.
We needed two sinks replaced and had lots of questions.
We bought some supplies in hopes to do the plumbing ourselves but quickly realized it needed professional help.
