My shower was put back together by them and was leaking into the wall. I get that things happen sometimes so they came back out to fix it.
They didn't introduce themselves (I wasn't present during the first visit), seemed grumpy, didn't explain what they were fixing and left without saying a word.
Would have appreciated some communication as parts were replaced with something different than I had... now my shower head is too low for my family to use. I didn't get the opportunity to let them know prior to them leaving and it will now require another visit.
I would recommend going with another company.

I just had my hose bib replaced. They showed up early and went right to work. Due to the location of my hose bib, they needed to cut into my wall to replace parts. The reason I'm writing this review is that they fixed it. We had a different company come out about a year ago and they informed me that they don't do drywall and that I needed to figure it out. These guys just covered the hole, there are screws visible but no gaping hole there. I'm so happy and will use them again in the future.

We moved into a new house several weeks back and out of the blue our water heater developed a leak. Based on reviews, I sent Brad at Christensen a note through his website regarding the problem. He responded quickly, and based on the photos I sent of the problem area, fit us into their already booked schedule within a couple hours. Brad's sons did the actual repair - very efficient and professional as well as doing a beautiful job. The cost was reasonable and when I had a follow up question, Brad handled it quickly.

Outstanding customer service, excellent work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend and will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future!
