Made an appt thru their online tool which worked well and were very responsive. Come time for the appt and it was no show!!!! Nothing pisses me off more.. I call and they said someone forgot to put it in the book. We will have someone there tomorrow. Ok he shows up and after 15 minutes of trying he cant get the scope more that a few feet. He seemed perplexed. He said he would video and review with the boss and someone would get back with me Monday. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all came and went. Never heard a word. Finally called on Thursday when I got the bill and was told the problem was detailed on the bill. It stated ""line was clogged"". Duh...tell me something I don't know. I had high hopes but was disappointed in their ability to follow up on commitments.

I had some extreme plumbing issues going on at my home!!!! I had another company come out and they gave me an estimate that I just could not swing! I called CSI to come out and give me an estimate..they came out same day and gave me a excellent price and saved the day!!!!! I had two guys come out Eddie and Dawson! They were both very personable explaining to me exactly what was going on and fixed it!!! Without breaking the bank!! I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues you may have!!

Chris and his team did a great job. They replaced our sewer line and it was ready to go same day. He gave us lots of information ahead of time such as how the yard isn't going to look great where they dug but will sink in a year and dependent on rain. It's not pretty but it's what we had to do! They were very VERY kind and gave us info a little info paper on the backwater valve we got installed as well. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

CSI Sewer Inspections also does bathroom remodels, or so they say. Chris, the owner contracted to do mine but never followed through. They were weeks late getting started, and once they gutted my bathroom for what was supposed to be a two week job, he kept putting me off. Five weeks later, i was still driving to a relatives house to shower every day. When i finally gave him a deadline, he called to put it off again, so i let him go and told him i would contract out the rest and take it from his final payment i still owe him.
