Chris is reliable, prompt, trustworthy, and just a pleasure. He's been my plumber for gosh maybe 10 years.

I have used Chris's plumbing for many years. He is always prompt, responsive and reasonably priced. As a bonus he loves our animals and especially the dogs. They get lots of extra attention when Chris is on site. He is kind, gracious and communicates our plumbing issues to us so we understand our choices. Can't recommend him enough.

Chris is THE BEST plumber we have used here in Santa Barbara hands down. He is knowledgeable and fairly priced...He always shows up on time and assesses our plumbing problems efficiently . We have used him MANY times and he has never disappointed us.
He did all the plumbing on our kitchen during remodeling and everything was done to perfection...
Thank you Chris for your outstanding service...Two thumbs up!
Highly recommend..

We were charged $90 for Chris to come out and use his plunger on our stopped up toilet for 2 minutes. Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating - ahem, for 3 minutes. Yes, he managed to get the toilet working. But we've had problems with this toilet backing up randomly for 4 months. I asked him to snake the pipe to clear it out so this would not happen again. 'Are you kidding', was basically the reply, my translation. That costs extra! I hate to think what that cost might be, given the $90 charge for using a just a plunger. Ok, an industrial plunger. So, I asked him if he liked to get repeat business. He answered affirmatively, and then added 'but...' at which point I stopped listening and said 'nevermind, I'll find someone else next time.' I'd recommend any of the large plumbers in town if you can wait a day or two. They charge by the hour and will do whatever work you ask during that hour, not just leave laughing their way all the way to the bank. Chris has an interesting business model, but one that is better for him than the customer.
