I had a plumbing emergency at a rental house, I had no idea who to call then remembered Christopher being mentioned before. I was so stressed out cause I never had to handle plumbing issues before (im a new temp landlord, I have lived in apartments all my adult life) he put up with my crazy freaking out self in a calm manner and fixed the issues in the house for a fair price. For my first time having to call a plumber (and not apartment maintenance), it was an easy process. My tenant said he was nice and respectful as well.
