I called them for a simple kitchen faucet replacement. A plumber arrived who is very friendly and professional but told me to replace the faucet and the water valve it would be $580 I told him no I wouldn't pay that I paid them 85 for their service fee and told him I would find someone else. They did work for me in the past and although it wasn't cheap I thought it was fairly priced but not this time and I won't be going back.

I recently had an issue with my HVAC system not cooling. Not cooling in late August in Palm Springs, CA! No need to say more about that.

So I called Chris Wilson Plumbing & Heating repairs on recommendation of my real estate agent who has used them before.

I can't say enough about how great the experience was with Vern who came out and quickly diagnosed my problem. Turns out I had an issue with the outdoor condenser motor fan. Vern replaced it and gave my HVAC system a look and said to be patient that it would take a while for everything to come back to life. And of course, it did.

I felt very confident with Vern's work and will definitely keep them in mind if ever I need them again. Nice thing it was also same day service, so there was no need to wait.

In spite of what resulted in a very simple fix, what impressed me was that CW technician (John Berry) was at my home within 90 minutes from my initial call. Professional, personable and efficient, he texted at least three times to update his anticipated arrival time--most appreciated when you've got a leak that needs attention ASAP and when that leak happens after hours.
I have a home warranty which proved worthless in this situation, so was pretty happy to have such a quick response from these guys.

On a Saturday morning, I awoke to a 20 foot geyser of water shooting up from the garden irrigation system valves, and did a mad scramble to turn off the main water valve from the street. Within an hour, John arrived from Chris Wilson Plumbing and installed a pressure regulator and capped off the bad valve, noting that constantly high water pressure over time had damaged several valves. Following this our irrigation system guy replaced the worn out valves, commenting what a great job our plumber had done.

I had called for-an estimate on installing a triple zone mini split a/c system that I did not purchase from them. They said they would and I was suprised. I don't know how many we'll known hvac. Compnies in the Coachella valley that wouldn't install It cause I didn't purchase it from them.
They came and gave me an estimate and when my unit arrived I had them install it.
They were on time , professional but friendly, did a great job and cleaned up . I can't say enough good things about Chris Wilson hvac co . And John who installed it.
