I had a bit of an emergency situation when my radiant floor heating pressure tank sprung a leak and was spraying water all over the inside of the outdoor closet where the boiler, hot water heater, and all corresponding equipment is stored. As a result the controller board in the boiler got wet and was fried...so, no hot water. I called at least 5 or 6 local plumbers, and was told either that they don't have any plumbers who work on boilers, or they wouldn't be able to come out for about a week minimum. I called Chris Wilson and got the awesome Audra on the phone, and they had a plumber, Roger who could come first thing the next morning...happily, he finished all his morning jobs early that same day, and came straight to my house. He replaced the pressure tank, got the new board ordered and installed, and I had hot water again!!!!! This company is awesome, from the super friendly service I received from Audra and Roger, to their prompt resolution of my plumbing issue. SO happy to have found this amazing company!!!

We recently had a stopped-up sink. I thought the issue was the garbage disposal, but it turned out it was a clogged drain. Jason explained what was wrong and tried three different approaches to fix it until he found one that worked. He also took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again. He was courteous, professional and took care to ensure what could have been a messy job wasn't. This was not the first time we've used Chris Wilson Plumbing and will not be the last. Another time they came out to help with our furnace and noticed that our newly installed tankless water heater (part of a remodeling upgrade) had not been installed in accordance with code. We were so grateful as we were able to get that corrected while we were still in the midst of the project without additional cost. They have always done a great job for us.

Excellent service. They were available to inspect my leaking water heater and give me availability and pricing for several replacement options promptly. My leaking unit was replaced with a new unit, to comply with building codes. When I called because the new unit was under performing, they sent someone to check and resolve the issue that same day.

I recently had a plumbing problem and since I am new to the Santa Cruz area, I simply went and looked Chris Wilson up in the directory. I put in my call and within a very short time, I got a response, told him my problem, and made an appointment. The plumber who came to the door, was neatly dressed, clean, wore a mask and showed me his identification. He worked diligently and efficiently and equally important, cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Chris Wilson and his assistants.
