Needed a toilet resealed and had a leaky kitchen sink. They took care of the toilet and initially fixed the sink's problem.

When the sink began to leak again a couple of weeks later, they made my problem a priority and worked me in the day I called.

The sink fixture ultimately needed to be replaced. They did so that day and gave me a small break on it as they had already been out to fix the initial problem.

The guys were courteous and friendly. And they did a good job!

AMAZING! At 8:32am this morning I called and left a message for Chris West Plumbing and mentioned that the pan under my hot water heater was full and water was dripping into my garage. Less than 15 minutes later, they called me back and said this was a big deal and they had someone on the way. Chase and Alex arrived and confirmed my suspicions that the water heater was toast. They thoroughly answered my questions, quoted me a price, and went to fetch a new water heater. They had a new one installed in a jiffy and for less than they originally quoted. I had a new hot water heater installed LESS THAN 3 HOURS from when I called!! They cleaned up every speck of dirt behind them. They hauled away the old stuff. They were neatly dressed and their truck was clean. They were knowledgeable, punctual, professional, polite, and answered all my questions. I was so impressed! I highly recommend Chris West Plumbing.
