I would give one star if I could. Ther charged me $1000 to install a backflow preventer in my irrigation system late April last year. When the irrigation system company performed the required test of the backflow preventer this year it failed, 12 and a half months after it was installed. A job that should last a decade lasted less than 13 months, and because the test was a couple of weeks after their 12 month warranty I have to pay someone else $1000 to do the same job they did last year because they don't stand behind their work.

Had our drain snaked because our disposal was backing up which was fixed (but expensive for the work done). The technician didn't reinstall our garbage disposal correctly, so it leaked under our sink for ~2 weeks before we noticed standing water and Wood deformation when we went to get a trash bag out. I fixed the incorrect installation easily, and after asking Chris Wenzler Plumbing to replace damaged wood, they told me to paint over it with Kilz and it'd be fine. I showed them pictures of the damage done, and they never responded. Would not recommend.
