It looks like our review makes it an even 50 five-star reviews and that's for good reasons. My first impression was of a good, patient listener who asked smart diagnostic questions. When he arrived, he helped us find an affordable solution with a plan to take care of the source of the problem if it presented itself later. A couple of weeks ago, we had a major problem with a leaking pipe buried in the foundation of our home. First and over the phone, he suggested several tests intended to save diagnostic time and cost. The project was beyond the scope of his business, but after the work was complete he stopped by our home to walk me through the work. When was the last time you heard of someone doing that? Chris has my enthusiastic recommendation! It is a great relief to have a technician you know you can trust and count on. There's a reason Chris has such enthusiastic reviews!

I am very handy do a lot of work around my house myself and help some friends and neighbors. However, I never changed a gas valve and I get more nervous with gas then water. I had to change it because our new washer/dryer could not be delivered/installed with the old valve. I called 4 local plumbers and waited for a quote to replace 3 valves (gas, hot/cold). I got 3 different bids (4th one still didn't call back-3 days) and they ranged from $165-$350. All of the bids had about the same for parts ($45). I really struggled with doing it myself or paying someone to do something I can probably do. I know I could do the hot/cold valves as I have changed the kitchen and bathrooms. It was really the gas that made me nervous.

After speaking to Chris for about 15 minutes, I realized I could most likely do this job myself. He gave me a few tips and some confidence to do the job and said to call him if I got stuck. Well, I did it today (took less than 10 minutes in total) as the washer/dryer is being delivered this afternoon. SUPER EASY! I called and left Chris a message that I changed the gas valve successfully and thanked him for his time and advice.

What I didn't expect was a return call to check in with me. This impressed me a lot. We spoke for another few minutes and I told him I skipped the hot/cold since it didn't need to be replaced and we were planning on redoing the mud room in the spring. I have a few other bigger jobs I'm planning for the future and will definitely call Chris. He was the lowest bid because he gave a realistic timeline to complete the job. The parts were the same from everyone. But mostly, gave me the confidence to do it myself. His integrity is more valuable than this post, but at this time this is what I can offer-a good review with a recommendation.

Even though he did not perform any work for me, I will call Chris when I need a plumber or have a plumbing question. I certainly recommend Chris for when you need a plumber.

He's very good, very quick, he's personable and he prices fairly. Chris is one of the most ethical contractors that I've ever worked with.

You never have to worry whether Chris has the situation covered, he delivers on his promises and delivers quality work.

I swear I posted a review for this already but can't find it on here (wondering who I accidentally gave the 5-star review to then). Bottomline is this guy is awesome! And thank you Yelpers for not letting me down. I had a bathtub/shower that wasn't draining properly so I called the plumber with the best Yelp reviews (Chris). He said he didn't have an opening for a week. It wasn't urgent and everyone on here recommended him so highly that I decided to wait. So happy I did. I'll use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future. He's prompt, reasonably priced, well groomed (which, seriously, is not the case with a lot of plumbers), and gets the job done quick. Highly recommend.

Chris is simply a perfectionist. He does amazing work, has a great attitude and looks out for what's best for the customer. I needed him to do a bunch a work on a recent remodel of our home and he came through and fixed issues created by our GC's plumber along with new work that needed to be performed. With that being said, I will use no one else but Chris for all my plumbing needs.
