Plugged toilet after normal use - simple as that. Found this gentleman on Yelp and he booked me same day a few hours later at 2:30PM. The door bell rang at 2:30PM on the dot - he unplugged toilet - made sure it was working - was careful with any spillage - no clean up necessary, and his charge was incredibly reasonable. It was actually one-half the quote I got from my neighbor's referral. Total gentleman. Great find.

There are no words to describe what an awesome plumber Chris Villa-Lovos is! I called him around 3 o'clock today telling me about a leak coming from the ceiling in the garage. He heard the desperation in my voice and said he had to move so stuff around and he would let me know when he could come by. Literarily 3 minutes later he let me know he's on his way. He came over, cut into my ceil and found the source of the problem. He went to the store and got the parts I needed and changed up the drain. It was incredible watching him. This man is a master of his craft! Here I am now, not even 3 hours after I called him writing a Yelp review of how awesome he is! It's a no brainer, if you want the very best, look no further!

I had Chris do some work for me this afternoon and he did a wonderful job on everything I had asked of him. He also let me know of the potential pitfalls of the faucet I had chosen to have installed, just to make sure I was aware before he started. It turns out I wasn't aware so I really appreciated his honesty, as he could have easily not said anything and just done as he'd been asked and collected his money. He's very knowledgeable and considerate...two qualities that are hard to find in a plumber, and his prices are extremely reasonable. In fact, he was the only plumber to actually give me an estimate of the work to be performed BEFORE he arrived. All of the others wanted to charge me a fee to show up before even having seen anything in person. All I asked was a range for a sink install and they wouldn't give it to me, but Chris kindly did, so I awarded him the job and I'm happy I did. In addition to the sink install, while he was here Chris was able to easily fix a couple of other issues that had been plaguing us. I already have some other larger projects lined up for him now. I feel fortunate to have finally found a plumber I'll be able to use again and again in the future without any qualms. Thanks Chris!

Chris is the BEST! He walked me through purging my hot water heater of air and igniting the pilot light over the phone this morning. He asked me to text a photo of the unit over and then he called me and after a few minutes of fiddling with buttons I have water heating and feel like I earned a PHD in engineering....lol! He made it all soooo easy and he won't let me send him a cheque either. How many tradesmen these days do that? He is AMAZING 100%.

My concrete contractor (separate review coming - he's hopeless) keeps turning the gas on and off as he is fitting a new gas line to my spa. Consequently he has to reignite my hot water heater each time. Yesterday he tried reigniting and he banged around and it wouldn't light and the green status light went dead. I was worried he had broken the whole unit but luckily with Chris's knowledge and kindness I got it working again this morning....just before an overseas guests comes to stay for the weekend. Yay! Now I don't have to take a cold shower after boot camp!!

I've written a few 5* reviews previously for Chris as he has been amazingly helpful fitting a dishwasher in my kitchen, mending my toilet, etc. He is definitely my go to plumber, and he should be yours too. Don't hesitate to call him, just do it! He really is that good!
