Don't bother unless your time is worthless to you. Asked Chris if he could come out in the afternoon and he said yes. Maybe 2:30 definitely 4. At 4:30 I started texting to see where he was. He kept pushing the time. Finally at 8:15 pm he said he was finally free, did I still want him to come or did I want wait until the next day. I said come now. At 9:40 pm he still hadn't shown up.

7 hours of waiting for nothing. Don't take jobs you don't have time for. And if something unexpected happens at another job the contractor should reach out about the delay, not the customer.

I have used Chris twice now. As a disclosure, I am a Real Estate Agent, (I Know Boo, Hiss Etc) 14 years experience, I have learned over the years to be very careful about recommending anyone for anything. Chris is solid in my book and I will recommend him to everybody I know. Just a few weeks ago when another plumber (GROUPON) came out and basically told me a bunch of lies, expensive lies, I called Chris and he came out on time and did my mainline clean out. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was OK, and it was, no need to call anybody else, Chris was reasonable, accessible and did what I asked him to do.
It doesn't get any better than that!

I contacted Chris every other day for over a week for some plumbing repairs, he kept saying that he wanted the job and that it would be no problem however ""things"" kept coming up. HE SWORE AND PROMISED that he could do it over the weekend and he was ""totally free"". Well, Saturday came, I called, I texted and nothing. So I waited and called and still nothing. Can not trust him again.

Chris came out to service our condo the same day I contacted him. He was thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also cleaned up the work area nicely before he left. His price was very reasonable for the time and effort put in. We are very happy with his work and would recommend to others.

I should have listened to the other reviewer who mentioned that Chris didn't show up and didn't call, but I figured maybe that was a fluke.

Nope. I called Chris and we scheduled an appointment at a time near the end of the day. That time came and went. 20 min later I called and texted, no answer and no reply. 45 min later, same thing. 1.5 hours later, same thing. No call back (I left voice mail), no text back, and the guy just never showed up.

Weird. I don't know how some people stay in business.

I needed two valves replaced for the tub and the stand up shower. Chris came out on time and had the job done in no time. The valves would not come out because they were seriously corroded. He had the right tool and pulled them out with ease. Super nice guy, great value. He is right when he says: ""I Guarantee if you give me a call you will not be disappointed."" I was not disappointed. GREAT JOB!

After reading reviews on Yelp, and seeing the discounts Chris offered, we were happy to call him to help us with our plumbing issue.

We had scheduled a time on Saturday, however Chris needed to reschedule that day, due to a longer job prior to ours. We were happy to accommodate him in making the change to the next day - Sunday.

Sunday came and went with no Chris, as well as no contact from him at all. We waited all day. Chris did however contact us later in the week indicating that he had a family emergency, however it would have been nice to receive any kind of message that day or evening to let us know what had happened so that we could reschedule or call another plumber.

I will definitely be calling again next time I have a clogged drain. Chris is thorough, fast, neat and personable. Top that off with the most reasonable rates around... I've already put his number in my cell so as to have it handy next time I have a problem with the plumbing in my house. I really appreciate him working late so I could get back to laundry. Not many people provide that level of customer service. Thanks Chris.

I called Chris the afternoon before Thanksgiving, and he made it out the same day. He was a lifesaver! Not only did he unclog my sink quickly and for a very good price, he was extremely friendly and helpful and came over the NIGHT before Thanksgiving on short notice! I will definitely call Chris for any plumbing needs in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great plumber in the area. Thank you, Chris!
